Courtesy Moving was flexible and responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Even storing our belongings for much longer than anticipated and keeping tabs on where we were at in our process.When our move-in day finally arrived, Courtesy Moving was amazing. They communicated with me regarding their arrival time and prepared according to the set-up of our new home, i.e., stairs, elevator, home association rules, etc. The guys were friendly and careful and considerate of the flooring, laying down protection and even avoiding puddles that were in their direct path.Our belongings had been well protected during storage and absolutely nothing was damaged or broken. They even moved everything exactly where I wanted it to go, clarifying when I was unclear in my directions.I'm not sure what I expected in a moving company, but this one exceeded my expectations by miles. “We are so thankful we used White's Moving instead of trying to do it ourselves or going with a bigger company. We were moving 5 hours away from Fresno, and I thought my only option would be a national chain, but they were all so sleezy. My husband and I had moved ourselves several times, but this time we had a toddler and I was pregnant again. I figured it would be worth it to see if a local company could do it. White's was the first one I called, and they could do our long move with no extra cost. They were up front about pricing and stuck to their quoted price and timeline. They delivered all our stuff in one day. I was so thankful, as our toddler caught a stomach bug the night before, and my dad (our main moving helper) was having trouble with his hip. We moved from a first floor apartment to a 2 story walk up with a challenging parking situation but they handled it with ease.. We used the $25 for $50 coupon with Google which was helpful. “I can highly recommend White's Moving and Storage based on two deliveries from them. The crews they sent are knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and strong. I did not select them for my first encounter. I had purchased a bedroom set and the company I bought the set from selected them. I was impressed with the care they took with the delivery. Besides knowing what to do they were polite and nice. Raymond, Chris, and Jerrold made the delivery stress free. My second encounter was great as well. Joe gave me a courtesy call to confirm a time to meet at my membership big-box warehouse store. I purchased the large items I wanted which included a 130 Lb Accent Console. As I exited the store I saw Joe. He and his coworker Raymond (I requested Raymond or Chris for this delivery) took the push carts and loaded up their truck. At my house I had them move an end table upstairs. They delivered the items to four different locations inside and outside. They carefully and skillfully navigated a flight of stairs with the console. They moved a large TV and placed the console in its place. They removed the console from its box. They removed all of the extra packaging from it. They placed the TV on the console. They took the packaging and the large box to dispose it. One less thing for me to worry about. I had a pleasant and stress free interaction and delivery with a smile, I could not ask for more.”

“We rented a Uhaul to drive from San Francisco bay area to Texas, and the dealer there refused to inspect the vehicle with us and just told us if it breaks down to call customer service. So we stopped at this Uhaul in Fresno to see if anyone would be willing to help us. Even though we just showed up with no appointment, the manager Seven inspected the vehicle for us right away. Turned out it had hardly any oil. He stayed with us for over an hour to fill the oil and check the vehicle with me to ensure we would be safe the rest of the way. Thank you Seven!”
