“Doug and Triple A Automotive are awesome! As my wife and I were driving home to Los Angeles from Yosemite with our trailer in tow, my truck had a major breakdown. We were in Coarsegold on a Friday afternoon, and most auto shops couldn’t even look at the car for at least a week. As we were waiting for a tow truck, one of my wife’s friends recommended that we try Doug and Triple A Automotive. I called Doug, told him the situation, and he said that he couldn’t look at it until Monday morning but that I should bring it in. On Monday morning, I had the truck towed to his shop and left it there for Doug to work his magic. It wasn’t an easy fix, but the entire time Doug was always communicating with me and letting me know what they were going to do to get my truck back on the road. It took a few weeks, but that was mainly due to issues with parts. I finally got my truck back, drove it back to L.A., and even took another long road-trip with it this past weekend and it is as good as it ever was. I have a local mechanic that I trust and have been going to for years in Los Angeles. Now I have another mechanic that I trust in Clovis! If I lived closer, Doug and Triple A Automotive would be my go-to. Communication was awesome throughout and Doug was honest and forthright with his estimates and what they planned on doing to get my truck back on the road. Highly recommended!”
“Mario worked on my car and got a lot done in a few days. The team is efficient- the process of breaking down the services and fees is interesting- all electronic as they send you pictures of the parts that need fixing in your car along with the pricing of the services and you decide if you want to approve it then and there or decline the service. The technician also calls you and goes over anything you want to discuss in the review.
I felt safe there as a woman and will go back in the future.”

“I've been going here for 15+ years & although the staff has changed over the years, they are always efficient & courteous! I came at a busy time, so my oil change took an hour. However, I got to relax in air-conditioned comfort. They also vacuumed my floors & cleaned my windshield, which I appreciate! I also used an online coupon & saved a few dollars.”

“This place is great for quick repairs. Open on Saturday. Prices are reasonable. I went in because dealership is closed on Saturday. I have a warranty but needed it checked out to make sure car was safe till I could make it to dealership. I usually go here when I need something quick and not complex. I appreciate them squeezing me in on short notice.”

“I have a Tesla with three tires that had pretty good tread, was only looking to replace my one tire with a nail in it, knowing this I went to a tire shop (Les Schwab) and they pressured me to change all four of my tires. Said it would put stress on my transmission if I didn’t (my car doesn’t have a transmission), Guy talked to me like I was stupid, so I looked at them like they were crazy and went here instead.
Very very nice, did not feel pressured at all to buy any tires, really nice staff. The guy even offered to fix the nail in my tire. Honestly I just wanted a new tire — so I bought a new tire for myself and went on with my day. I told my coworkers about this experience with them. I’m pretty satisfied. Thank you guys! ?? I’ll be going here for my tire needs.”
