“I have found my new Auto repair shop! Car repairs are hard to deal with.As soon as I walked in the staff was friendly and reassured me they would take care of me and my car. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the service was completed. “I went to get my air conditioner recharged and the Manager Frankie told me it would take about an hour so I left the car went to the store came back in 45 minutes and the car was done. The AC blows very very cold and all the Staff seem to be very aware of incoming customers and very attentive to any questions that I had. . Also very upbeat, smiling, and it just felt like a very comfortable atmosphere. I wish all businesses would treat their customers as good as they made me feel. I found my Jiffy Lube. “Best prices in town, the receptionist lady was the sweetest, also quick service for my brakes and rotors only took around 30mins since I came right when they opened. “Yeah these guys are fast but the reason I'm giving a five-star reviews is because they are honest. That's a big deal in a city like Fresno.
I've been here a few times I came yesterday to get an oil change they recommended transmission fluid replacement the internet kept telling me I could wait to get it but I trusted the oil guys and paid the $200 for the transmission fluid change. Then I called my Honda dealer the next day to confirm that the maintenance was on schedule and the Honda dealer confirmed that the internet advice was wrong and the oil guys were right and that I did the right thing to replace my transmission fluid.
You can trust the oil guys! Their information is more accurate than what I was seeing on the internet”
“I own a Fiat 500 Abarth and brought it to Julio the day after stopping by his shop to discuss an issue. It was immediately clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about, especially after I had unsuccessfully tried to fix the problem a few weeks earlier.
His labor rate was fair, and the parts actually cost less than if I had purchased them myself. So if you receive a quote and think it seems high, I encourage you to consider the quality and value you’re getting.

“I went here yesterday not expecting to drive off with anything. They let us walk around no peer pressure or anything and basically worked around whatever we wanted. Whole experience everyone was friendly. I believe it's family business, If I remember correctly the receptionest name was Patty, Patty was friendly and i dont remember the person who also helped showed the car. From start to finish, it was a breeze and everything was explained. Patty was very helpful and honest with what i should get and what i shouldnt get and the reasons why which i really appreciate the honesty. They even worked past closing time for me. He checked for me to make sure they were working. He then pulled the unit out where now it's sitting where I can easily turn them on. I appreciate all the help he gave me.”

“If you use the quick lane for services, it works well. The changes to service Lithia seem to have improved. The do offer a Uber within the confines of Fresno/ Clovis area. Unfortunately I live out towards Madera so that is kinda off the Uber map.”
“Employees are friendly. We visit this location with all of our vehicles. They keep records and make suggestions. There is no pressure for upsale. I would give 5-Stars, but the last time we visited we had to come back. The location was waiting for their oil "replenishment" to get there for servicing. I'm not sure if that was a management issue and proper inventory or a stock issue feom the supplier. When we retuened, the oil change was quick and they checked other fluids and we were on our way. Great service, overall I'd recommend coming here. That's why we do, and with all of our vehicles, as I mentioned prior. (We have 4)”

“It's Walmart. Don't expect things to go 100% smoothly. The work may take a little longer. The customer waiting area is cramped and bare. So, why do I give them five stars? Because I shopped for my tires online and found Walmart was the least expensive place, especially when adding in the costs of installation and Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors replacement. My wallet rules.
They offer tire service appointments from 7:00am. I arrived at 6:30am and only waited a few minutes before the service writer came and checked me in. The installed two tires and advised me that all four TPMS sensors needed to be replaced. That made sense as they were over 10 years old. The total wait for the car was about two hours. Not bad but could be quicker. Maybe they need more help (?).
I did witness a few disgruntled customers in the oil change line getting upset. Apparently, Walmart will start to do an oil change then find out they no longer have the right filer for the car they are working on. Then they have to tell the customer to come back another day to finish the job. That would upset me. Best to be sure they have the right parts be starting the job.”

She answered all my questions through text before I came in to test drive and finalize things. Mario helped me when I got there to show me vehicles and test drive it to make sure I was happy and getting exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured or mislead on anything. Able finalized all the paperwork with me and was very thorough and informative.
