Took my fur baby to have her nails trimmed and buffed, it took under 10 minutes for the procedure to be done and we were out the door. Great groomer, she was friendly and polite. I always bring my fur baby here. The Grooming Happy Hour discount is great also.”
“I have had horrible experiences in the past at big box pet stores just like anyone else but Ashley, Mikaela and the General Manager at the Clovis location are beyond amazing. Their knowledge, patience and people skills make working with big box an absolute dream. You can tell this team truly cares about the animals in their care. I favor the poison dart frogs and while they are significantly more knowledgeable about them than most stores they are open minded and more than willing to listen to advice or suggestions when it comes to the care of the frogs. If they don’t know the answer to a question they don’t make up an answer to appease you they will admit their lack of knowledge and seek out your answer. I have multiple happy and healthy critters that I have purchased from this location and suggest type do the same!”
“Bought a faulty Pit Boss, couldn’t get anywhere with the manufacturer, went into Tractor Supply; and they were friendly and receptive to the problem , and gladly exchanged our smoker for a new one. The manager Lisa was great to work with. Highly recommend shopping here if you value great customer service and a company that will stand behind the products they sell, even when the manufacturer won’t.”

“Very happy with them. Super nice people and great job. and the cheapies in town as far as I seen. Just one suggestion Make sure you have their Tip before picking your baby up because you have to pay up front. Then you have to walk all the way to the back again to give them their Tip. Casher up front dose not give it to them. Very happy with their service .”
