“A must stop if you need your pets medications and supplies. I needed help for my Pomeranians for whatever reason my doggies had mites they look like tiny black dots. they recommended antibacterial antifungal shampoo and now my Pomeranian is feeling 80% better and her fur is going back. “I absolutely love this place we have been purchasing treats from Bentley's for a couple years. My babies have very sensitive stomachs so when I find a place that have treats that don't upset their tummies I stick with them. I have never had an issue with the treats here and my doggies absolutely love them. Thank you for using safe ingredients as well ad putting love and care into your baked goods it shows. Their favorite are the donuts and waffles”

“Brittney’s is very gentle with my 5 lb mini Maltese, Miss Maggie. I feel very comfortable, leaving her there for grooming and coming back a few hours later to pick her up. She gets a full dog grooming, and you know she feels pretty when she’s done.”

“My family and I stopped in this afternoon to visit the store. I’m looking to start my first saltwater aquarium adventure soon and Kevin was very helpful in answering any and all of my questions. I’ve already done a lot of research into keeping saltwater fish and corals but he had great insight. He definitely knows his corals and has beautiful frag tanks. If you’re looking for corals in the Fresno/Clovis area this is the place. I highly recommend checking this store out.”
“they carry purina proplan probiotics for dogs here! this is great. one of our dogs has been battling diarrhea for one week & the vet here charges an arm & a leg for a "vet prescription grade probiotic" but it's the same thing - a 7 day supply of the same exact packet of purina proplan probiotic except we got the 30 day packets here at petco for $30.00. it was easy to purchase for same day pickup too, didn't have to go searching for it in the store. just purchase online & select pick up. the pick up process was easy. they have great customer service & they were quick to hand our item soon as we came in.”

I arrived early to my appointment and trained my cat by scuffing her and laying her down on her side as they instructed me to do so.
When it was time for our apt staff was friendly and informative. All services were provided within 5 minutes.
I ended up about $170 for my kittens first visit (which included a few different services. Picture for reference + prices) as well as flea medication and a small bag of food.
Very affordable and convenient”

“there are specific organic dog treats here that petsmart just doesn't carry. for that, we come to this petco & this location is always clean, organized and customer service is super helpful & friendly. they keep their shelves well stocked & have employees at every corner in case you need help. their aquatic section needs a bit of help though. they are fully stocked with cleaners, filters, conditioner, fish food & ornaments but are lacking in gravel, sand - substrate. also the majority of their aquatic plants are not healthy. but, their dog & bird departments are perfect!”

No sales pitch, just real knowledge—he knew the ingredients inside out, which ones avoid fillers, and even which ones are easier on sensitive stomachs. “Today was our first visit to have our English Bulldog bathed, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable, almost like we were at home.
The facilities were clean and well-equipped, and everything went smoothly—from the wash stations to the blow dryers and products provided. The pricing was also very reasonable. At only $18 to wash our medium sized dog, the value was excellent and much better than we anticipated.
Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be returning regularly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and friendly place to bathe their dog.”
