Took my fur baby to have her nails trimmed and buffed, it took under 10 minutes for the procedure to be done and we were out the door. Great groomer, she was friendly and polite. I always bring my fur baby here. The Grooming Happy Hour discount is great also.”
“The selection for saltwater fish isn’t that big, but there is a pretty nice selection of corals and freshwater fish for the size store. Definitely much better than that other pet store down the road and he doesn’t discriminate too”
“My princess hates the groomers shes only been once and she needed to be groomed by a professional this time we couldn't keep up with her coat so I took her in was worried they wouldn't handle her and would refuse half way from the reviews I seen but I brought her to this location b4 so I was hoping for the same great results and sure enough Karina the groomer did such a great job on the coat and my baby seemed so happy when I picked her up....im so happy they had patience with her and completed the job very happy with the way she looks and was treated will continue to to bring her here”
“I'm adding some more. We have been going here for some time now. They even know our dogs when we arrive. One clerk mentioned that they let our small Cava-Poo roam the halls with them. In other words, they really do take care of your pets when there. Now, when we leave, it could be a whole different story. A Happy Gilmore's Grandmother in the home situation with Ben Stiller's character making our dog pull sleds full of inventory for the store. But I doubt it. Just go. Great grooming and hotel. Dogs are always well taken care of. The groomers are experienced and knowledgeable. The whole place is a dog owner’s dream because they take care of the kids like we do. We have never used the vet, so good luck there. You are on your own.”
“I expected more from the girl I ask for help. After she walked away being clueless. I ask the guy there for help and he was must better in helping me in my concern. And as I was leaving I showed the girl there was an item I needed. And she said I was going to mention that one, then why didn’t you point it out to me instead of walking away. But you have good prices and sales, so I learned don’t ask her again for help,”

“Brett was excellent help, we made the 45 minute drive out here to check out the fish and plant inventory. He was not pushy and was interested to find out more about what we were looking for. He offered great insight on what to add to our tank.
We left the store with over 150$ of fish, snails, shrimp and plants. We will shop here again!”
