“I really enjoy coming here. I'm welcomed verbally every single time I come in. The gentleman with the beard, who is kinda socially awkward (like me) is very VERY knowledgeable. He feels like my people.
I shop here for supplies for my cats, my pug, and my 22 year old red eared slider. They have the best selection for me. I do grain free foods and like the corn litter. It's always in stock here.
I try to stop and have a chat with the birds, as long as no one is looking, every chance I get. My husband is a dilly-dally-er so when he comes, I chat with them longer than normal.”

“I've been to a lot of big box pet supply stores over the years. I have to say this one has been the friendliest and most comfortable. The grooming staff gets it done. This is the first grooming location that our poodle has come out of his service, no drama, happy and handsome as expected!
