The store itself is generally kept clean and very well maintained, particularly its pet hotel facility for boarding and daycare, where pets are taken great care of with patience and kindness. The doggy day camp offers various pet activities. The grooming service receives high praise for excellent, careful work where groomers take time to understand requests and handle pets gently. However, one grooming shop was noted as filthy and the outside dog relief area appeared unclean. The staff is consistently described as great, handling all situations well. The animals available for adoption are well cared for. Customers can shop online and pick up in-store.

I have taken my dog here a couple of times for boarding/daycare, and they have always taken great care of her. She can be a handful at times, but they are always patient and kind.
