“I had an excellent experience at this post office. I was here to send some papers and accidentally left my money draft behind. Thankfully, the staff were extremely kind and honest — they told me someone had turned it in, and they returned it to me. This was my first time filling out a money draft, and they even helped me complete the paperwork. Their professionalism, honesty, and helpfulness truly impressed me. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Perfectly fine post office with plenty of free parking, adequately stocked supplies, and a working Self-Service machine. Bit of a line, but it moved quickly. I was in and out quickly.”
“Update to previous review! Had to go back a week ago (because I had to) and things have changed! The older gentleman who I spoke of earlier was a whole new human! Was completely giving off happy grandpa vibes while maintaining his professionalism while I was there and remainder me of mine (RIP gramps). He wasn’t even helping me, someone else was! People wore their masks, social distanced, and I saw someone disinfecting the place ? say what! I wasn’t there forever and the person who helped me was decent on timing. Overall such an improvement and very impressed!Original review:Bad service! It was utter chaos in there, the older Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was helping me looked like his gave up on even trying to tell people to socially distance or want to be there lol. The lady who works up front is normally the most helpful and nice. Wish I got her, instead of having to come all the way home for tape even though he had some literally right I front of me.”
“I want to thank Michael S. at USPS for his exceptional help in locating my two missing packages. He took the time to personally resolve my issues, making me feel valued and heard as a member of this community and I truly appreciate his efforts. Thank you, Michael, for your outstanding service and support.”

“Depending on the day of the week, service may be slow or fast. Tuesday service is relatively quick... Monday and Friday please expect a wait. Other than that, the upkeep of the lobby is great. P O boxes available in different locations. Passport services available to an extent. Staff is professional and courteous, always positive, wanting to help their clients. Keep up the good work.”
“Very quick & informative, Especially informative that the hiring exam must've been lowered vastly. When I asked young mam behind the counter how much is the "Per Pound Rate" for large boxes, And he said that they don't charge by the pound, it's a Flat Rate" very confidently I might add, I responded with "I think you might wanna double check that?" And a little attitudey I was told "I can assure you Sir, that the usps does NOT charge by the lb for delivery, it's a flat rate and that's how We charge!" And I responded with(thinking to myself: GAME ON!!)"Well, online it asks for the dimensions of the box your shipping in or envelope, So for Example & this Conversation, how much would it cost to mail this letter behind you?(he tells me price) and now let's say I have a box that's 24x12x12 and weighs 10lbs, how much to ship that overnight?(he gives me a price) now, how much would it cost to ship the same box BUT it weighs 30lbs?(he starts to give me the price and as soon as he starts to say the 1st number I cut him off and say) WHY IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE, ITS THE SAME BOX!!" He states "the 2nd box was heavier" me: EXACTLY!! THERE'S A 20LB DIFFERENCE AND A PRICE DIFFERENCE, SO CLEARLY YOU CHARGE BY THE POUND, CORRECT?" BEFORE HE COULD ANSWER HIS MANAGER CAME UP, AND TOOK OVER THE POTENTIAL VERBAL EVISCERATING THAT CARLOS WAS ABOUT TO FALL VICTIM TO...All the MANAGER said was "He doesn't have access to that part of the system which is why he responded the way he did. I apologize for that" I told her it was no big deal, it was his attitude that led him to those questions and I laughed & She laughed and I ended up smashing that night, Thank You Michelle, For Your Expert Handling and Processing of My Package and going Above, Beyond and Pretty Much Bending over backward to make sure I was Satisfied with her performance, I am!! Very Much So, Your Hubby is a Lucky Man!!

“I forget about this location when I'm out and about. On Minarets, just west of Blackstone. Stopped by recently to drop off some outgoing mail. There was parking in front and an inside mail drop. Easy Peasy. Quick in and out.”
“I ship out almost every day. The staff is so friendly! You would think that they were working on commission. But if the staff thinks that you are shipping out something of Great Value, Consider it Stolen by USPS employees. I took my eyes off the ball and the postal clerk scanned my QR code and put my shipping label on the side of my recycled box. The package was marked RTS - Return to sender. There was no intention of ever redelivering my package to my address. It took three attempts and contacting customer service for The post office staff finally give me my package that had been sitting on the shelf.
Got my package. All is well that ends well, right? NOPE ! I’m at the post office and rewrap my package and put the contents in a bubble wrap envelope. I hand write my shipping label. What can go wrong? The postal clerk manually typed out a shipping label, but didn’t address it to the recipient. When I asked her about the shipping label that she printed out, she dismissed my concerns.
Guess what? My package has gone missing in action for the second time. Do”
“I called because I had a package being sent to one of my customers and we got a notification that said the address was insufficient. I double checked with the buyer and I had the address entered correctly, so i called your office to get assistance. The representatives were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I was very thankful and appreciative of the whole experience. Thank you so much!”
