I went in today and respectfully asked a question about rapid shipping. The bald man that works here gave un unnecessary sarcastic response to make me feel dumb. All he had to do was answer the question. Very unprofessional.

Left and came back to pick up my packages and still no one is available to assist with my packages! I pay good money yearly for my post office services and for them to not have enough people to help the customers is really shameful! Lower your costs id you’re not going to provide the services I pay for!
