“I love this neighborhood store. Staff have always been professional and very helpful. I prefer this setting vs the corporate long lines at UPS and the longer drive to USPS. And as far as this T-Bone review, who in their right mind would ship a 400 lb parcel to this store? I don't think they have a fork lift or machinery to move such a shipment. Sheesh.”

“Over many years, I have used UPS stores in many locations across the U.S. The variety of services from best price P.O. Box rentals, accessing personal computers including printing options, available packaging supplies to various options in sending or receiving your mail. Special shout out to Tori whose customers service skills and talent in staffing at the Fresno/Shaw location is second to none. And a very special shout out to Grace who works the 'nite' shift and was the first staff person I interacted with nearly 1/2 decade ago. She and the rest of the staff are the best in the country. Bar none.”
