“I have moved 5 times since 2019 so I have had a LOT of experience with movers. When looking to move a 1 bedroom from Madera to Merced I shopped around and was quoted anywhere between $700 to $4000. I went with Master Movers because they are one of the few movers in Fresno with proper insurance and licensing, offered the lowest quote, and had great customer service when booking (thanks Terry!). Honestly, the rate was so competitive that I was skeptical anyone would show up. Thankfully they did and they were AWESOME. Abi and Armando loaded the truck, drove ~1 hour to Merced, and unloaded all within 4 hours. They were punctual, efficient, careful, and professional. My items all arrived in one piece and no damage was done to my home. When it came to payment, I was charged the low end of my quote with no hidden fees. These were the best movers I've ever had - 100% would use them again!”

I called to ask if UPS had a cart/dolly I could borrow to bring in packages from my car. When I arrived their was another customer in front of me who was taking up quite a bit of time. Amber was efficient and a great multitasker she was able to help me and save me time while helping the customer ahead of me. I appreciate her efficiency and definitely her kind smile. I usually get employees who are rude, or lock the door during business hours, Instead today I was greeted by a very nice lady who I saw was very helpful and polite to everyone who came up to the counter, myself included. It seems that it is a revolving door of staff but I wish this person would be here permanently. It sure beats the people from the Griffith Way Post Office though.”

She assisted me with and directed me towards a place where I could begin to process my specialized order and assured me that if I needed any support, they would help me with any challenges. After finally uploading the necessary content from my phone, Dirk patiently assisted me with customization. Not only did he help me craft the obituary according to my cousin's request, he offered suggestions to make the final product even more than we'd imagined. He was very patient as I checked in with my cousin to show her the template, and he even recommended a special cardstock which added an even nicer finishing touch. I cannot be more pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism that went into assisting me with this order. Dirk is a wonderful asset to this Kinkos-FedEx location. I'm so grateful!”

It seems they are quite the upset human being with their other reviews as well.I love PEG and they are always happy to accept my package for drop-off, or make me a label when I need.Very clean inside. A fridge with cold refreshments has been added. PO Boxes are also available. This place is also a notary.A great location all around. Been on this side of town since 96’. PEG sets the standard for your friendly local annex.”

And she was right. Walked in told the counter person what was going on & he replied "no problem". Had the package ready to go in under 2 minutes.
