He's really thorough and goes through in detail of all the work to be done and is easy to talk to. He gives honest answers and has good discussion on what needs to be done. My car needed brakes / rotors repaired with an oil change and both were completed in the time we discussed before my next appointment. Good guy, reliable service, prompt, and quality work. “Mac's was recommended to me following a recent traffic accident. The insurance adjuster said the damage could be repaired without removing the quarter panel. Mac recommended doing the removal and took it upon himself to set the insurance company straight. He warned me the work would take the better part of a month and he was right. I was out of town when the work was completed and he dropped my car off to my home and even put it in the garage...amazing. The work was done PERFECTLY. And I don't make that statement lightly. “I was driving through a parking lot and a couple of seconds of not paying attention I slammed my Ford Expedition into a concrete pillar. I destroyed the front driver side of the vehicle and my insurance company said we could total it. I really love my car and it would’ve been hard to replace it, so I went ahead and had Cali collision take on the job.It was so badly damaged, I was wondering if I made the right decision, and if the car would ever be the same. Jonathan, the owner assured me he could get it done. He and his team did an amazing job! I thought for suresomething would feel funny or it would drive differently, but it drives perfectly. You can’t even tell it had been in a wreck. I wish I could post before and after pictures here. Since my accident, I already referred one person to him and they were very happy with their work also. I will have to bring it back for full service in the next week or so for the 3rd time. Im hoping that will be the last time i will have to return my vehicle for this issue. This experience has been very stressful for a few reasons. I do believe we will have the full incident taken care of next visit. I trust the best job will be done when, as I was told last month by fixit auto, that my insurance company may have to get a different bumper that is NOT after market so it will completely attach properly without further incident or inconvenience. “So I checked on Yelp for my car repair. I got a couple estimates and the first one just told me they could fix it and wrote up an estimate and told me I could pick it up the next day. I decided to go to masterpiece and talk with Jose and he explained everything he would have to do and how long it would take. When I left I knew that he was the one I wanted to repair our car. I'm happy with the outcome. It looks great!! I would show pictures but I thought I had taken before pics but rest assured the end results were great! I would highly recommend Masterpiece auto.
