“Was searching for a reliable mechanic in the area while servicing my BMW at Concord. Came upon Fred who was nearby to Costco / Auto Row on Market Street. He's really thorough and goes through in detail of all the work to be done and is easy to talk to. He gives honest answers and has good discussion on what needs to be done. My car needed brakes / rotors repaired with an oil change and both were completed in the time we discussed before my next appointment. Good guy, reliable service, prompt, and quality work. Thumbs up!”

“A friend recommended this place to me so I happened to be in the area and some kids had keyed my car a week prior. I stopped by for an estimate and he literally said, "oh i can fix this for you right now" (the mark wasn't too deep). And 15 minutes later, he was done. I couldn't even believe it! Awesome. And totally made up for the horrible experience I had had at the SFMTA office that morning. Thanks Realistic Auto Body!”

“So I checked on Yelp for my car repair. I got a couple estimates and the first one just told me they could fix it and wrote up an estimate and told me I could pick it up the next day. I decided to go to masterpiece and talk with Jose and he explained everything he would have to do and how long it would take. When I left I knew that he was the one I wanted to repair our car. I'm happy with the outcome. It looks great!! I would show pictures but I thought I had taken before pics but rest assured the end results were great! I would highly recommend Masterpiece auto. Jose keeps you informed about any changes and he's very easy to talk too. If you're looking for a place that gives excellent service, try them out, you won't be disappointed.”

“Miguel and his workers have always done such a great job in my car! I’ve been hit about 3x and every time he comes through to leave her just as new. Does an amazing job with painting as well!!! Really made my car look the exact way I imagined when I first got it years ago! He also works in such a timely matter, your car is in and out in 2 weeks tops with great results! So fortunate to have come across his Auto Body Shop because his work goes unnoticeable! Will remain going to him in the future if anything else ever happens to any of my cars (hope not) but Torito’s Auto body Shop is definitely THE shop to go to!”

“I had an amazing experience getting my cars fixed here. The service was incredibly efficient, and the pricing is honestly the best in town. I brought in two cars—one was completed the same day, and the other in under two days, which completely exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I’m truly grateful for the care, effort, and dedication that went into both repairs. A big shoutout to the entire team working on the cars—your hard work, teamwork, and attention to detail really show. It’s not easy to find a place you can trust, but this team definitely earned mine. I will absolutely be returning in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, fast, and affordable service. Thank you all again—I really appreciate everything you did!”

“Awesome paint shopp has the ability to fill any order you can give them, which is nice that they make the paint for you. If you want anything else in neon Harry's will have to get a hold of me again though. This paint shopp does more than fill the orders though. The intire business fallows all codes and regulations, as well as cares about the environment and has been making donations for thrifts and also if you need something repaired and you live close by they will do work for you”
