“Employees are helpful and friendly, always happy with my purchases, music is lively and they have a great variety of shoes and styles, including kids clothing and shoes. They do returns if you decide to keep the shoe box and you need to make sure you have your receipt and return it before I think 20 or 15 days (can't remember exactly the amount of days). If you buy and decide to not keep the box the employees can not give you a refund or exchange it for a bigger or smaller size, they tell you this everytime you buy shoes, unless otherwise when it's final sale in which they can not give you a refund or exchange. (Yes you need to bring the exact box back as well).”
