“I brought my partner's vehicle in for an unusual circumstance, where the door panel had partially come off. It wasn't a big fix, however it required a special tool and knowledgeable hands! I was assisted by Joleana from the front end, and Colton from the back of house. She was kind, understanding and immediately noticed what needed to be dealt with by the technician. Colton was kind and immediately began fixing it. He was knowledgeable and skillful, and easily fixed the door panel within minutes. It was a simple fix, and it means the world to me! I had tried many things to fix it, with zero success. Within minutes it was fixed and I was on my way, with no charge. The folks over at Caliber Collision in Grass Valley are outstanding humans, who are skilled and very knowledgeable about any and all body work for vehicles. BIG thanks to Colton and Joleana for being so helpful and generous! I highly recommend their services.”

“Don Kilroy came out yesterday to jump my vehicle and it was learned that the battery wasnt the problem.He reminded this old geezer ( me) that my 1996 Toyota Tacoma manual stick driven ol truck would compression start if I just rolled down the Hill and popped the clutch so I did and it started up and I was able to drive home saving me a Geico quoted $10 per mile tow charge which would have been $570.00 OUCH!

“I can’t say enough things about Holts collusion and they really went above and beyond for me. I have had body work done here twice. My first time I came here I paid out of Pocket sense I was paying my own money I was searching around for a reasonable price after stoping at 2 others body shops including caliber collision, Holts quoted me about 2K less then the other shops and I was happy with the work. Sadly a year after they worked on my car the first time my Tacoma got hit by a hail storm and i brought my truck back to holts and they popped out all the dents and got my baby back to me looking good as new.

“First, let me say that I live in the area, so know that DeMartini has a good reputation locally, and for a very long time.
Any motor home, trailer, camper, automobile purchased new is going to have problems. I have purchased several RVs from DeMartini over the years. And yes, they had things go wrong with them. So what is important is what comes next: The service department has been great about getting things fixed in a timely manner. The parts department has also been great about helping me shop for things I need, such as extras and add-ons.
Meanwhile my neighbor purchased an RV in Sacramento. Now every time he needs work done he has to travel over an hour each way. Live and learn, I guess.”

“I do not know how every Auto Zone I've ever been in manages to be awesome but this is yet another awesome Auto Zone. I forgot to check coolant in my truck last time I changed my oil, truck was overheating. The Auto Zone staff selected a coolant, a thermostat and walked me through a youtube video of the replacement process. Knowledgeable staff, clearly very interested in cars, great service. I think the store should give these gents a raise.”
