When my brakes failed again, I decided to bring it to Auburn Auto Doctors and Marco took great care of me! They found the problem right away and I was in and out in three days! It's wonderful that they tell you any issue with your vehicle and whether it's urgent or can wait. They even take photos of the various things they need to address. I'm so impressed, I even already referred a friend!”

“We cannot say enough about Holt's Collision in Auburn, CA. Without a cause the paint on our Lexus bumper started to shear off. I stopped in at Holt's and Shelly took all of the time needed to access the car's paint and thoroughly explained our situation. It ended up as something I had never heard of or knew could happen. We have a rule of getting a minimum of three estimates when hiring a company for a service. Holt's got our business due to Shelly's attention to detail in assessing a job and stellar service to a potential customer. They scheduled our job in a timely manner, and we received regular updates personally from Carl, the owner, throughout the time they were working on our car. You do not see that kind of personalized service from a business owner in today's business climate. To add, we picked up the car completed from their painter Mike. He stayed after work hours to accommodate our schedule and took the time to explain the paint situation and what they did to fix it, with minimal cost and time to us. His skill and brilliant talent in car painting were obvious. Thank you to Carl, Shelly, Mike, and the rest of the staff for a beautiful new bumper paint job. -Theresa and Jeff”

“I was in town visiting family when my A/C blower motor went out, long story short; it was 105 degrees, my wife is pregnant, and we were planning to leave for home the next morning! Zach was so amazing helping me twice over the phone making sure you guys had the parts I needed before I drove over. Then there was Frank, this guy truly went way above and way beyond with his knowledge and help. I would not have been able to repair the resister, soldering wires and heat shrinking aren’t my expertise. Frank asks me if I had a soldering iron? “I've shopped at various Tractor Supply shops but this one seems to have the most knowledgeable and friendliest staff on average.
On my last visit, I was looking for particular gardening container and patio set that they carried last year. I described the look of both items, the person we spoke to remembered the stock. But he stated the spring inventory will be coming in a few weeks as well as the baby chicks. He also helped us with livestock tanks which were on sale. Another associate spoke to us about the insulated cooler we were eyeing. No hard sell just a conversation about the item. That too was on sale at a great price. But by golly, I gotta stay focused in this shop. Lots of great brands, good prices. I can get carried away. Hubs struck up a conversation with another associate, they spoke about all the past businesses at this location while discussing the gas griddles and bbqs. Again not in the market for a gas griddle, that too was on sale, over 20% off.
But I gotta say, the women's restroom could use an upgrade in the toilets and addition of toilet seat covers.”
