These guys showed up, knocked it out and made sure they took great care of my property during transport. You want someone who knows what they're doing with this kind of weight. “We cannot say enough about Holt's Collision in Auburn, CA. Without a cause the paint on our Lexus bumper started to shear off. I stopped in at Holt's and Shelly took all of the time needed to access the car's paint and thoroughly explained our situation. It ended up as something I had never heard of or knew could happen. We have a rule of getting a minimum of three estimates when hiring a company for a service. Holt's got our business due to Shelly's attention to detail in assessing a job and stellar service to a potential customer. They scheduled our job in a timely manner, and we received regular updates personally from Carl, the owner, throughout the time they were working on our car. You do not see that kind of personalized service from a business owner in today's business climate. To add, we picked up the car completed from their painter Mike. He stayed after work hours to accommodate our schedule and took the time to explain the paint situation and what they did to fix it, with minimal cost and time to us. His skill and brilliant talent in car painting were obvious. Thank you to Carl, Shelly, Mike, and the rest of the staff for a beautiful new bumper paint job. -Theresa and Jeff”

“Kilroy’s Towing was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, considerate, and communicated clearly every step of the way. This tow was arranged through AAA via Hyundai, after an experience the previous day with another AAA-contracted tow company in Grass Valley that did not provide the same level of service or courtesy.
Robert, the driver from Kilroy’s, was outstanding. He called to give me an accurate ETA and followed up again to let me know my car had been safely dropped off at the Hyundai dealership. His friendly attitude and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier.

“After our 2021 Honda CRV was in a hit and run accident last summer, which resulted in significant damage to the drivers side of the vehicle. We decided to take the CRV to Ambrose Autobody, and the experience from start to finish was completely seamless. Sean and his team were amazing to work with. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company and kept us updated with calls and texts every step of the way. When I got my vehicle back, we were extremely impressed with the first-rate quality of the work. The damage to the vehicle is completely gone, and the paint match is impeccable—it looks like a new car again. The staff was incredibly kind and even cleaned the inside of my car, which was an unexpected and extremely appreciated. I would like to mention that we had to take the vehicle in again, from another hit ad run, this time in a parking lot. Unfortunate for us, substantial damage again to the drivers side of the vehicle doors. We took the vehicle back to Ambrosa, and again Sean was on top of everything from start to finish. Again, the service was impeccble. We received the vehicle back in a timely manner and the CRV was repaired, polished and ready to go.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ambrose Auto Body to anyone in need of excellent service with auto body work.”
