Best Western Colfax is a small, quiet hotel with a slow, small-town feel. The staff is excellent, very friendly, kind, helpful, responsive, responsible and respectful. Rooms are very nice, clean, reasonably spacious and have very comfortable beds and pillows, though some issues with TVs are noted. The breakfast is delightful with many options, very nice and better than many other places, with staff buzzing around to help. There is a small retail area within easy walking distance. However, some guests reported a dirty pool, a lobby with a strong odor, and found it too expensive for the issues encountered. Many would stay here again, calling it a great vacation experience worth the price.

Stayed here to ride out winter weather. Room was priced lower, staff was excellent. The room was very nice and the breakfast was better than many other places. Small retail area is within easy walking distance. We would certainly stay here again.

Clean, front desk staff was polite, breakfast smelled good, but didnt look good. Maybe the sausages and eggs should be cooked longer.
