“After our 2021 Honda CRV was in a hit and run accident last summer, which resulted in significant damage to the drivers side of the vehicle. We decided to take the CRV to Ambrose Autobody, and the experience from start to finish was completely seamless. Sean and his team were amazing to work with. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance company and kept us updated with calls and texts every step of the way. When I got my vehicle back, we were extremely impressed with the first-rate quality of the work. The damage to the vehicle is completely gone, and the paint match is impeccable—it looks like a new car again. The staff was incredibly kind and even cleaned the inside of my car, which was an unexpected and extremely appreciated. I would like to mention that we had to take the vehicle in again, from another hit ad run, this time in a parking lot. Unfortunate for us, substantial damage again to the drivers side of the vehicle doors. We took the vehicle back to Ambrosa, and again Sean was on top of everything from start to finish. Again, the service was impeccble. We received the vehicle back in a timely manner and the CRV was repaired, polished and ready to go.

“I can’t say enough things about Holts collusion and they really went above and beyond for me. I have had body work done here twice. My first time I came here I paid out of Pocket sense I was paying my own money I was searching around for a reasonable price after stoping at 2 others body shops including caliber collision, Holts quoted me about 2K less then the other shops and I was happy with the work. Sadly a year after they worked on my car the first time my Tacoma got hit by a hail storm and i brought my truck back to holts and they popped out all the dents and got my baby back to me looking good as new.

“I brought my partner's vehicle in for an unusual circumstance, where the door panel had partially come off. It wasn't a big fix, however it required a special tool and knowledgeable hands! I was assisted by Joleana from the front end, and Colton from the back of house. She was kind, understanding and immediately noticed what needed to be dealt with by the technician. Colton was kind and immediately began fixing it. He was knowledgeable and skillful, and easily fixed the door panel within minutes. It was a simple fix, and it means the world to me! I had tried many things to fix it, with zero success. Within minutes it was fixed and I was on my way, with no charge. The folks over at Caliber Collision in Grass Valley are outstanding humans, who are skilled and very knowledgeable about any and all body work for vehicles. “Incredibly friendly and accommodating owner. I was able to get my car in for a detail the very next day after I called. Complete interior and exterior detail was $350. I had called many places in the area and this is about he same everywhere I looked. Dropped my car off first thing in the morning and picked up about 6pm. He really took his time. Also- I had my license plate rim dangling awkwardly with zip ties. Even before agreeing to the service, he helped fix this for me to lie flat on the grill. Such a wonderful gentleman. Overall amazing experience and definitely recommend!”
