“We cannot say enough about Holt's Collision in Auburn, CA. Without a cause the paint on our Lexus bumper started to shear off. I stopped in at Holt's and Shelly took all of the time needed to access the car's paint and thoroughly explained our situation. It ended up as something I had never heard of or knew could happen. We have a rule of getting a minimum of three estimates when hiring a company for a service. Holt's got our business due to Shelly's attention to detail in assessing a job and stellar service to a potential customer. They scheduled our job in a timely manner, and we received regular updates personally from Carl, the owner, throughout the time they were working on our car. You do not see that kind of personalized service from a business owner in today's business climate. To add, we picked up the car completed from their painter Mike. He stayed after work hours to accommodate our schedule and took the time to explain the paint situation and what they did to fix it, with minimal cost and time to us.
