“I absolutely love these guys. They have a very unique product that I need for my business, and they've done a great job of filling my orders. So far it's been a VIP Full service experience all around. I get my products in a timely manner and the prices are very reasonable. If you need to pick up the phone and call them or send them an email, you can actually get in touch with somebody. It's not like dealing with a website that has no customer service. They've been able to meet my requests and no problems so far after a few years. If you need to make anything out of PVC PIPE then give em a call.”

Amy C. at the Grass Valley, CA location of Ferguson Plumbing assisted me with my selection, color match and order. She was personable, professional and had great follow through on the item I wanted. It was originally deemed unavailable-backordered. But she searched for us until she found one in Kentucky and worked to acquire that one for us! The salesperson, Robin, was very knowledgeable, gave me a demonstration of the features and even helped me load it in my truck. I was very satisfied with the purchase. While I was there, I noticed that they carry Festool tools...another reason to return. It was a short drive from Auburn to their store in Grass Valley.”
