“I've been a box holder at this location for several years now, and I continue to renew my box because of the excellent service. I enjoy the small-town atmosphere, and I always receive the friendliest service whenever I stop in to buy stamps or pick up packages.”
“I had an excellent experience with this business! They answered the phone, twice, with very friendly help and advice. When I went in today, my transaction couldn’t have been smoother. I highly recommend this establishment……… Good job Foothill Mailbox, Grass Valley, I will be back!”
“Be aware that the is additional parking in a back lot. I experience the bottleneck of incoming customers that didn’t know there was parking around the corner.”
“I went in for a Livescan and Kathryn provided wonderful customer service in spite of being incredibly busy (and on her own) first thing on a Monday morning. Thank you for all you do and nice to meet you!”

“If every U.S. Post Office operated like the Chicago Park, CA Location… the perception of the USPS would be all good! Jenny goes above and beyond in every aspect of service. She is warm, genuine and efficient… the other 2 employees I’ve met, are just as incredible, however I’m not aware of their names.
This location is an absolute gem in our cozy rural community.”
“We were looking at a more cost effective printer for our business and needed help determining what our best options were. Adam was able to guide with his knowledge and we are very happy with our choice of printer.”

“I just moved to Grass Valley, all of my stuff is still unpacked in boxes. I came to Staples to apply for a job. Fortunately John Shuford was working. John helped me every step of the way. First he loaned me a pen to complete my job application. He then personally assisted me on scanning my application. He then assisted me in printing my resume. John made every step of the process so easy. I am so grateful for John & Staples in Grass Valley. Way to go! Best customer service experience EVER!”

“We'd like to give a shout out to Sydney at the Meadow Vista Post Office for going above and beyond to recover our lost package, which had us in a pinch. Sydney's continuous updates and efforts were greatly appreciated and paid off when, to our surprise, we did receive our package! In short, Sydney cared. It's wonderful to know that a strong work ethic still exists. Bravo! Thank you, Sydney! You made our day, week, and year!”
“I went in today after bouncing around the fed ex website, texts, trying to call and not able to get a person..etc. The woman working behind the counter at this location (I wish I had her name to commend her by name) was very understanding and helpful and was able to help me get my package situation sorted out. I really appreciate it and think we are going far too far into just online chat bots and no real people anymore. It was nice to get help from an understanding human being.”
“Shout out to Kenny. I brought in a key that wouldn't open the locker on the community mailbox. He went out and fixed the problem before I got home from walking the dog! I was impressed. Thanks Kenny 😁”
