“5 Stars for Drew who helped me pick out my first printer! He was very knowledgeable about all of the printers and gave me some pros and cons a of each one. I also like how he called me mam which I never hear from other stores. 4 stars for the wait in checkout. Waited about 10 minutes with which isn't horrible just there wasn't a lot of people in front of me and nobody coming to help with the lines.”
“Very poor customer service when contacting by phone; rep could barely speak English. Cannot call or be transferred to the local office directly only a customer service center located who-knows-where, so impossible to resolve the delivery issue. Massively annoying! Yet, when I went to the store in person, everything the customer service rep told me over the phone was incorrect and my issue was resolved very satisfactorily.”

“I give the postal worker girl a five-star rating that delivers our mail and packages to 135 ponderosa way she is absolutely wonderful and gets it right every time without any issues thank you Miss ma'am!!!!!! When I see you I will let you know that I left you a five star rating review ??????? absolutely great compared to the last delivery person we had I know you can't make everyone happy but anyhow thank you again absolutely a whole lot better than the previous driver that was parked in front of my kitchen window picking his nose literally lol ?”
