The UPS Store in Grass Valley offers packing, shipping, printing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing services. It is locally owned and operated. Many staff members provide great, helpful, and kind customer service with a smile, handling crowds with real professionalism and keeping lines moving quickly and efficiently. Services include mailing, Amazon returns, document notarization, and Live Scan fingerprinting. The location is fantastic and the staff is wonderful. However, one employee was described as rude and unhelpful, and a supervisor was seen over-reacting with employees. A donation bin for Christmas toys is available inside in December.

I love this place! I just dropped off an Amazon return and a lovely employee named Jason helped me the moment I walked in. They have always been kind and I highly recommend this store
