“I came to Yun Yun on the recommendation of my bridal stylist for my bridal dress alterations. She was extremely knowledgable, professional, and efficient. We had a bit of a complicated hemming and bustling situation that she handled with ease. My dress had several layers of tulle and lace appliqué all over and she did not shy away from doing what needed to be done at all.She also got my shoulder straps to fit comfortably but be snug enough not to budge, even while dancing! Before the alterations I was sure I would absolutely be relying on fashion tape all night but they held up quite well on their own!We had a bit of a tight timeline, about 4-5 weeks out from my wedding day. She was able to do everything on time and within my budget.Definitely would recommend for any tailoring and alteration, especially for a wedding dress!”

“I love this store. The styles are very unique in a GOOD way. With how much time I spend in San Francisco I was surprised I hadn't heard of the store before now. I was recently at Noc Noc bar literally right down the street with a friend on a Saturday night and they had a really good DJ from the UK playing. I actually talked with him after he was done playing and he told me he lives a couple doors down in the same building as the store (Wild Feather). He invited me over but that wasn't something I do. I did however, check out the store a few days later with a friend. I have since bought a few things online and I love every single one of them. I am super curious if the in-store inventory is consistent with the online selections because if not I would love to go in and shop in-person. I would keep an eye out for the guy who lives there but he was really nice so I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Anyway I love the clothes, love the designs and can't wait to shop again soon.”

Each time I'm down in the city it's one of my first stops ..that neighborhood is a joy and what Fleetwood has created & nurtured is a huge part of it! Like a cool museum inside with a vast number of exciting items to browse. Also, lots of books, antiques, high end clothing are on display. “They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!”
