“They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!”

“Very organized, clean, a lot of merchandise for men and women from hats, boots, clothing, dresses for women to choose from. This is my go-to for Western type boots and the have a wide selection!!”
“Thank God it’s Friday and I had to make a stop at Men’s Wearhouse today and Mr. Kyle was there to greet me and welcome me in! The last time I was there he helped me sort out some accessories that I’ve been looking to purchase and he made that possible by being attentive to my needs despite the fact that it was busy, he still made things happen! Today I went back and had to purchase a simple clothes bag for my suit and yet again Kyle was there to save the day and of course his lovely associate was there to make sure things went smoothly! The seamstress in the back was very focused in her own world and with that combination of staff holding the fort down, all three deserve a good holiday raise! Customer service, requires hard work, dedication to your craft, loyalty to the business!These selfless employees that I just mentioned represent that special mix that makes them stand out above all others! Find something you love, do it well, and the success will follow because Men’s Wearhouse is where it’s at!
