“They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!”

“This place is great IF you have the right person helping you. Bought a custom made suit here a couple of years ago and that salesperson was awesome. Went in recently to have the waist loosen on a pair of pants. I was greeted by a young man and he proceeded to "measure" me and said 4 inches. I told him no way! Another worker overheard me, came over and offered his assistance. The second guy measured 2 inches and the pants fitted perfectly when I picked it up weeks later. So buyer beware.”
