“They've got a new store format where you shop on mobile and an employee pulls your size from the back - I think, I was just making an exchange so I didn't need to shop. I think I encountered 4 employees from the door to the counter and everyone was extremely helpful while being genuine and not annoying. The exchange was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated since I had my kid with me. They even offered a balloon and expedited grabbing my new size. That's some top notch customer service that I totally wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised by!”

“Great place. I was looking for a Carhartt Jean jacket that stated that was available in Colma’s location. Went inside couldn’t find it and to my surprise it was in the Clearance section! Score!!! The relaxed fit is perfect for my broad shoulders and it’s the right amount of warm! Feeling lucky finding this gem!”
