“Semi is amazing!!! If you are looking for high-end good quality and no lies, this is the place to go for furniture. I highly recommend this furniture store. I stayed here for over an hour plus making my decision and getting full descriptions and even was able to see the inside of how certain pieces of furniture were made from the displays and samples they have on the floor. I had a horrible experience with Ashley Furniture Colma, CA. This is a high-end luxury furniture store, and they have been in business in San Francisco for over 20 years, so that speaks volumes to their service and their products. I wanted something that was reliable, something that had a good name, and I found it for $2999 plus $160 delivery fee. And it's American made,. . all wood , firm, custom-made sectional Chaise. I can't wait for it to be delivered this week. I know I'm going to be a very happy camper. The display one was amazing, and I fell in love with it instantly. If you are looking for good quality and an honest furniture company this is the place!!! You get what you pay for, and I did not have a problem with coming out of the pocket and paying an extra $600 or $700 because it is worth it!”

“I dropped into the shop on a quiet Sunday, thinking I'd just pick up a Safari in a new color. The store was a browser's paradise, and the saleswoman was patient and helpful in showing me not only some of the special-edition Safaris but quite a few of the even nicer pens. After trying out several, I decided to buy a forest-green aion, which immediately became my favorite pen. What a great place to visit!”

Had to exchange an item (not the seller's fault, I just needed something different), and the seller was gracious and diligent as always, even though they stood to make no money from the exchange. I have purchased from them 3 times now, both new and used items, and every single time Shirley has been extremely helpful, kind and patient, treating me as if I were going to spend thousands upon thousands of dollars, even if all I want is one cheap chair. “The folks at Relax the Back on Van Ness/SF are AMAZING - I bought an X-Chair from them in May 2023 (which I LOVE), and a few months later the vibrating heater stopped working. I called the store to ask what I should do (there's a 3-year warranty on the X-Chairs), and one of the managers, Pam, told me they had a replacement at the store for this, and I could just come by and pick it up. I told her I would need to make arrangements and get back to them, as I live in Novato (North Bay) which is about 30 miles away. Pam asked me which exit in Novato, and when I told her, she said she would come to my house and drop off the part and install the new one for me. I was flabbergasted! I don't remember the last time I got customer service like this! It turns out that Pam lives not too far from me, and she was happy to drop by on her way home from work and install the new part. She showed up right when she said she would, and it took about 3 minutes for her to change out the part. It works great! I would give this store 100 stars if I could, they are absolutely wonderful and their products are top of the line.”

My printer stopped working one day bringing my business to a halt. Alex dropped everything and sat on the phone with me for an hour until my problem was fixed. “I used Expertise Office Movers a week ago and they were WONDERFUL! I recommend them 200/100! Because of all sorts of lease difficulties we weren't able to book our move until right before we needed to be out of our old building. Connie was so patient and kind with my flurry of panicked emails. She was extremely accommodating and I couldn't have asked for a more understanding person! They made something work with a tight and constantly changing schedule, they were efficient, timely, and organized. These people have it down pat! And to my surprise, who walks through the door to help with the move herself but Connie?! She gave me a big old hug right when she saw me. It's truly amazing how well everything worked out considering I was really putting a lot of time constraint pressure on them. If I had used anyone else it would have been a miserable experience. “This was my first order with MPS. Cartridges arrived when committed, and were very well packed.I have tried to order "compatible" cartridges before, and didn't have a lot of success getting them to work, and have quality results. So far I have run about 500 pages through, and no issues at all. I am printing on an HP 2600n printer.So far I am very happy with the cartridges. I am going to see if they have cartridges for my HP Designjet T1100ps as well.”

“This place has THE best greeting card and postcard selection ever. Not ordinary, not cliché, but always something snazzy and tasteful or hilarious. And then there are the stickers and pens, some art supplies and boxed stationery + + + +. Great place for gifts, jigsaw puzzles, an umbrella, a canvas bag or any and all of those office supplies.Even during the pandemic, I would venture there on Muni for scribble and jot supplies. It's a very clean spot! Got all types of drinks snacks and even bongs! Great spot for everything and ain't no spot more valuable or cleaner than this one! In the city and on Broadway! Cool people very respectful, better be on your A Game, walk in drunk you might break some glass and then it's all bad for you and all of us! Be respectful, be nice, grab what you need then take off! “As someone has already said, Osasu rocks. My Canon laser printer was leaving large trails of yellow toner on every copy. Osasu clearly explained how laser printers work, and where there can be problems. He fixed the problem with the random yellow marks, and took care of connectivity problems we were having with a newly installed mesh network, again with a smooth competency and an ability to explain what was happening and how to fix it in the future. Osasu is very personable and very knowledgeable. It's fabulous to have someone whose rates are reasonable, response is nearly instantaneous, and is competent.”
