“Golden Gate Office Solutions and their team were super fast in resolving our faulty equipment from another provider. Charles had stopped by a year prior and I kept his contact information. Low and behold, he was still working with GGOS! Charles got all the necessary people, paperwork, and implementation of a new device for us UBER fast!
We had a wonderful delivery and installation experience with Delivery (Jason) and or Service Technician (Nash). We even had a challenge where Nash reached out to their high tier tech Rob, who jumped on and remoted in for expert guidance to resolve in 5 minutes or less!

There furniture is top quality and good prices. I went shopping at other stores down in Redwood City and South City with similar furniture and they were 10% cheaper and a lot more customer focused.

“John is a very friendly and knowledgeable store manager. I visited the store twice to ask all the questions I had and try out various different chairs. I was there for a long time and he was attentive for the entire time I was there. I bought a chair but ended up returning it within a few hours for my own reasons. John must have not been thrilled to hear this but he handled it well and was still very friendly. Would recommend anyone considering an ergonomic chair.”
“Blick Art Materials is a giant nationwide chain of art stores. As such the things they sell are good but not great. However they carry a very wide selection of art supplies so you will need this store to supply all the additional things you can't get from specialty stores.”

“This was my first order with MPS. Cartridges arrived when committed, and were very well packed.I have tried to order "compatible" cartridges before, and didn't have a lot of success getting them to work, and have quality results. So far I have run about 500 pages through, and no issues at all. I am printing on an HP 2600n printer.So far I am very happy with the cartridges. I am going to see if they have cartridges for my HP Designjet T1100ps as well.”

“I used Expertise Office Movers a week ago and they were WONDERFUL! I recommend them 200/100! Because of all sorts of lease difficulties we weren't able to book our move until right before we needed to be out of our old building. Connie was so patient and kind with my flurry of panicked emails. She was extremely accommodating and I couldn't have asked for a more understanding person! They made something work with a tight and constantly changing schedule, they were efficient, timely, and organized. These people have it down pat! And to my surprise, who walks through the door to help with the move herself but Connie?! She gave me a big old hug right when she saw me. It's truly amazing how well everything worked out considering I was really putting a lot of time constraint pressure on them. If I had used anyone else it would have been a miserable experience. Moving usually sucks - but not with expertise! Will always recommend them and use them whenever possible!! Thank you Connie! You are a hero and a badass!!”
“Give May a RAISE PLEASE! She was so wonderful and so so helpful. I went to UPS to get my table number cards printed and they told me they don’t offer this service..pointed me to Office Depot instead and even though it was busy, May helped me and walked me through the process online of how to submit my order. Needless to say I am thankful for her because of how tough a week I’ve had feeling so overwhelmed with everything that I literally cried thanking her even though she was busy as all hell because I needed these done yesterday.

The selection is really great and the furniture is in great condition. Shirley directed me to the perfect things based on my specs (high-end discounted). I arranged to have Lugg pick up and deliver and they too did a great job, with efficient and affordable service.”
“This place has THE best greeting card and postcard selection ever. Not ordinary, not cliché, but always something snazzy and tasteful or hilarious. And then there are the stickers and pens, some art supplies and boxed stationery + + + +. Great place for gifts, jigsaw puzzles, an umbrella, a canvas bag or any and all of those office supplies.Even during the pandemic, I would venture there on Muni for scribble and jot supplies. “Review is for the Chestnut St location because they don't have a Yelp page. Went in looking for an office chair. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me find the PERFECT chair for me. The Mirra 2 is so comfortable I wanted to just sit in the chair all day. I didn't want to get up. The store has all models to try, and I wouldn't have been able to find this chair otherwise. I heard people rave about the Aeon and Embody - but those didn't feel particularly comfortable for me. They might be better for men.”
