I went in for a recall. The service department was on time. When I inquired about the need for my maintenance, my service agent suggested I come back in a few months for my tire rotation (after looking at my mileage). As for the recall, it was done faster than anticipated. The dealership was kind enough to drive me home and back. Both drivers were professional and drove expertly. Nice job.

I came here to fix an issue that kia corporate says should be covered under warranty. However the service folks here are finding any excuses they can to get out of doing the repair. I wouldn't come here again.
I came in because an alert telling me I don't have enough coolant even though the coolant tank is above minimum. There is a service bulletin on this issue so it's known. I'm still within the warranty period so it should be covered. Unfortunately they're saying this isn't covered even though kia corporate has said it should. Now they're trying to give me the run around.
Edit: I tried reaching out to them but there is no response. Seems like it was a fake offer of trying to resolve the issue.

Brought my car in for 60k mile service. The windshield was left with smudges that caused glaring in sunlight and oncoming headlights. I brought the car back and Mike buffed out the smudges immediately.
