“I had an excellent experience with Paint Garden, thanks to Josh’s outstanding help. He spent significant time with me on a weekend, reviewing options and checking for specific bases.
Paint Garden had most of what I needed, except for three five-gallon buckets of the base color for my exterior. Despite it being a special order, Josh offered to ship it from another store. Although I bought the remaining colors elsewhere due to time constraints, I returned to place a large order for 8 gallons of paint for trim and doors, because I truly appreciate supporting small businesses and was so impressed by Josh’s service.

“We had the pleasure of being helped by Elisa Magallanes this past Saturday. We are painting the outside and inside of our home and needed samples of our HOA approved paint schemes. Elisa greeted us right away and was super helpful in not only printing out our scheme choices but also pulling all the color card samples so we could take them home to review and make our final decision. “I came to this store with two old paint samples and they were matched perfectly! The service was great and quality isn't rushed so don't be in a hurry. Special thanks to Jessica for giving me great advice and very fair prices. Customer service is so good. Sure I could of save 5-10 dollars are a big store but why, when the paint and products were high quality and there expertise in all things paint are worth it. Try getting good customer service at the other places and you'll wait half a day. Do yourself a favor and use this place. Save time and with that money! Ask for Jessica!”

As a small paiting business owner they make me feel just like any othr company they help. If your a D.I.Y or a contractor pay this place a visit.”
“I have to respectfully disagree about the customer service at the Riverside location. I have been going to this store for years. No matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with respect and patience. They are super efficient and your order is ready within the time frame they give you. They have given me a lot of advice through the years on projects, and I have heard them do the same for others in front of me. Also, you can tell they are very attentive to their customers in the trades and work hard to keep them moving and back to the job. Remember being in the customer service field is not always easy, so try not to judge those that serve us too harshly after just one bad experience.”
