“The charging unit for my Orbea Rise died. I reached out to Jenson CS. I was contacted within a couple of days by Faith. I worked with Faith, answered questions and provided requested photos.
Orbea agreed to replace the charger and after a couple of weeks recieved the new charger.
Faith kept me updated throughout the process!

“I went in today to get some new shoes! I scheduled an appointment to get a fitting and everything. The 2 ladies working were a big help and super knowledgeable! They had me try on multiple shoes and run in them to see what pair was best for me and my body mechanics (they even recorded my stride to see how I ran)!
Ultimately, I walked out with 2 pairs of shoes, sunglasses and some guus!

I had gone to return some Air Maxes that had a bubble that was popped. He greeted me very nicely and helped me through the whole process.
I had asked if they had them in stock and he had said that the store typically doesn't have them in stock but still checked anyway. He then told me that he could have some shipped to my house, give me a refund to my card, or give me store credit.
I then ended up taking a look around and their back wall section has some great deals and selection. They also have a decent amount of deals on non-clearance shoes.

“I went looking for cues. When you walk in, it's a big open warehouse with a lot of pool tables! I did find several new and used cues. They carry several McDermott Lucky cues. They also have, gloves, balls, and other pool accessories. I did find several used cues, but nothing that fit my needs. I'm told that not only do they have good prices, but that they give discounts for league players.”

“Picked up a kayak/paddles/life vest from the Big 5 on Valley BLVD in Fontana. Customer service was excellent. The whole team was very helpful. The store was super organized, clean, and set up nicely. They went over and above asking questions and being helpful with what we were looking for.
Had just driven from the Big 5 on Sierra Lakes BLVD. The two gentlemen who help there were very nice, the girl at the cash register was broody and she didn't give us all the info about the kayaks they had (they didn't have the seat for one of the two)”

“We purchased two 12x6 steel soccer goals a year ago, and they've held up very well. We took the goals down for the winter, but otherwise they stay outside 24/7. A few days ago, we had a 150 lb. deer run through a net, drag the goal 50' across our yard, slammed the goal against and across a steel trailer and then into a tree. The net was destroyed, but the goal survived with very little damage. I'm genuinely surprised at how sturdy these goals are.”

The store is always clean, tidy, organized, & well-stocked with all the sizes. In particular, I got great help picking out appropriate shoes & socks for a Costa Rica vacation. The shoes were a good choice for the terrain, climate, & activities. All employees have been pleasant & helpful to me. In addition, Columbia's Greater Rewards program + their coupons have provided some super discounts!”

“I called the day before to inquire about a cute set I had seen in the display window. The associate was so nice and helpful she asked what size I was looking for? She also told me that they had a sale going on until Tuesday. I told her I would be by the next day for it. I came in and said I called yesterday about the set in the window and fortunately I was talking 3 the nice associate who I spoke with over the phone. She told me they just sold the XL shirt and only had either a M and XXL. I asked if I get the M and it doesn't fit can the person I got it for bring it back?
