“I would like to give a huge shout out to Matthew for going above and beyond and helping me retrieve my lost phone today.
I was shopping at the thrift store, and when I left, I put my phone in my pocket. I ride a motorcycle so when I got home, I noticed it was no longer there. I traced my steps back to the thrift store, and while it wasn’t there, Matthew offered to take a name and contact number in case it showed up. I gave him one, and went back to retracing my ride home.
As I turned onto Bryn Mawr St. 2 of the city landscapers, Carlos and Eddie waved me down from a city truck. I stopped and they told me they saw my phone fall out of my pocket on Bryn Mawr St.
Right when they picked it up, Matthew had called my phone. Carlos and Eddie picked up, got the contact number from Matthew. Called my contact, and returned my phone straight to my doorstep at my house.
Can’t thank all these guys enough. There are good people out there!

It seems decently priced compared to other Goodwills I’ve been to. Although, still pricey for a thrift store. Even saw some stuff priced higher than what the product’s original sticker tag shows, which makes no sense since the item was donated & is not brand new. It should be marked lower.
It seems that they check the items they put out much better compared to the other Goodwills, cuz the items weren’t as dirty as I am used to seeing. I didn’t get to look around at everything, but I will definitely be checking this place out again.”

“So many recent bad reviews popping up on the relevant review section, yet I do not understand why, this is the best Goodwill I've visited in years. Staff is super friendly, prices are affordable and still remain better than a LOT of thrift stores. Restroom access is always granted even to some shady looking people (sorry, you just look shady), either way the staff is kind enough to still let them use the bathroom. Store is also super clean every time I have visited. If you're going to complain about uncleansiness, maybe you should first ask yourself are you also picking up after yourself? Management please tell everyone they're doing good, everyone works so hard to clean and be friendly to customers. I especially appreciate how someone is always on watch when there is a customer waiting to be checked out. I personally have never waited longer than a minute to be assited nor have I seen someone complain that they are not being helped. Thank you for making my shopping experience so easy and fun!”
