“AWESOME customer service! The manager greeted us, while we were with Jenn He (Personal Banker) . That is just the beginning of our wonderful experience with this branch. I have gone to numerous Citibank locations, and I have never written a review for all the other Citibank locations that I have gone to. It did not make sense for me to write a review for a bank that gave an average amount of customer service. Jenn He was over the top helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars on Yelp, I definitely would. She took care of numerous things for us. She was constantly multi-tasking with us. She even gave us information regarding a new credit card that Citibank currently has a promotion for. I know that if I ever have to do any bank transactions with Citibank this is the location that I would go to. I would highly recommend the manager, Jenn He and this Citibank location.”

It show how Wells Fargo are willing to go for there customers it may not have been a big problem to Wells Fargo but it was a big problem to me and they resolved it with the best customer service that they had to offer thank you Wells Fargo. “Great service and very friendly. There is an ATM in front of the bank facing Washington Blvd, but you must enter the actual bank on the back side of the building.”
