“As of today, 26th of February, 2026, the cost per gallon of propane is $2.75 + tax (9.75% City of Los Angeles). It averages out to approximately $3.00 per gallon of propane. No minimum purchase required. Must be over 18 or 21 to purchase.
The two handsome Spanish & English speaking service guys were very clean, helpful and friendly. If they are slow and no lines, they will even help you with your propane tank(s) to your car ?, truck ?, van ?, roach ? coach or shopping ? cart!
Note: The other place down the street on 14th Street and Alameda that also sold propane for $2.89/Gallon has closed down.

“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”

While I was asking some questions in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located underground. However, you can park in front of the establishment too. The downside of parking in front of the establishment is backing up into a busy street. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The establishment itself is very tidy, clean, neat, and organized.”
