“The room itself was fine, but the description from our booking was inaccurate. The amenities listed, which swayed my decision to book at this hotel, include bathrobes and slippers. There were no bathrobes and slippers at the room, so I asked the front desk. They said they never have had them at this hotel, so the website is lying? Weird.”
