“This property is truly a gem, the negative reviews that you see is from the people that are not really welcome here because this property pride itself as a family and business oriented business, I have been coming here since 2008 and I am also diamond guest with many hotel chains like Hilton and Marriott. In my long experience with this property I give them 5 stars and in many aspects they are ahead of Hilton and Sheraton. I found the staffing much more courteous than all others, very friendly and flexible, they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and tailor everything to your satisfaction, price is unbelievable for the service and very nice and nicely decorated and clean rooms, if you are looking for ladies of the night or recreational medicine then don't stay here, because this place is a real family and business hotel , that's why you see some angry customers who were disappointed and not welcomed writing the absolutely false reviews that you see, be nice convenient location, next to Starbucks, the famous landmark restaurant and cocktails Ozzie, commerce birria best Mexican food,seven eleven, AM PM, Denny's restaurant and the entertainment destination of los Angeles, largest shopping center of los Angeles CITADEL outlet center, COMMERCE casino, biggest and the most luxurious casino in LA, about 10 blocks away, near major freeway and shot distance from all teem parks, Disney land and others, beautiful pool and very clean and well maintained including family size Jacuzzi well secured parking lot patrolled by hotel mobile security and sheriff with their office a block away. this is a five star property and congratulations to Wyndham and Travelodge”
