⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Fantastic Experience at L’Occitane – Citadel Outlets
I stopped by L’Occitane at the Citadel while Christmas shopping with a friend, and I honestly didn’t expect the visit to be this memorable. We had just finished lunch in the food court, and I dragged my friend inside to try one of the hand soaps. He was confused about washing our hands inside a store, but once he realized it’s the best way to actually test a product, he was sold. He protested when I put a bit of hand cream on him (classic guy reaction), but even that turned into a funny moment. The sales team had a good laugh with us before they got busy, so we slipped out — but my friend actually suggested we go back in to look around more, which should tell you something.
We ended up being helped by Kathryn and Silvia, and they were exceptional from start to finish. Both knew the products inside out, offered honest recommendations, and were genuinely warm and personable. I’m already a longtime fan of L’Occitane’s lavender hand cream — the metal tube is iconic — and I even convinced my friend to buy one for his wife. As an artist, he said it looked like an oil paint tube, and he wasn’t wrong.
Kathryn and Silvia told us about the gift-with-purchase, and then about the mystery bags — which were an incredible deal. Full-size products, nothing discontinued, and almost $300 in value. I’m so glad they mentioned it, because we would’ve missed out entirely. My friend left fully stocked with gift boxes, complimentary paper, tissue, samples — the whole nine yards.
The store itself was spotless, well-organized, and easy to shop in. On top of that, I joined the rewards program, and Kathryn let me know I could even call in the future to hear about specials and have items packed and shipped if I didn’t want to come back to the Citadel. That level of service is rare.
Bottom line: We would not have had such a great shopping experience without Kathryn and Silvia. They made the whole visit genuinely enjoyable, and I’ll happily return to this location because of them.
Highly recommend this store and these two fantastic associates.

The employees at this store were so helpful and kind! I needed something and attempted to order it over the phone. They were patient and helpful in every way. I reallyhave come to love Loccitane and its products (and I'm not a big perfume and product perso ). Happy to give this particulr store a well-earned 5 stars. (Thank you to Erica and Kathryn)

I’m a big Occitane fan! I came in to see if they have an intensive hand care lotion and they do!
Erica told me all about the product and about the great deals they have on the Sakura lotion line. Ok so I’m obsessed with this line and I’ll be back!
We had a good chat about the product and company and it’s clear she knows a great deal. Any questions you may have she has the answer. Best of all she’s incredibly pleasant.
The store is as cute as any Occitane but this is like the costco of Occitane lol. They have ginormous sizes of many of your favorites here and as you can imagine the deals are great!
We also met Lisa and she’s as awesome as Erica. Honestly I’ve never met a strange Occitane associate anywhere - not even in Century City. Says a lot about the company. My store used to be Glendale but now it’ll be Citadel.

Had a really positive experience at L'Occitane this week. I went in there originally because I heard great things about their hand cream and because of the weather lately I needed it. They were also having a few sales since I went after Christmas. I spent a long time sampling scents and seeing what called out to me. Kathryn was the associate who greeted us and offered us some additional information. She is such a sweetheart and was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She explained products provided some recommendations and we even got some free gifts with purchase. The whole experience was wonderful and we really enjoyed the experience.My sister and I got a few hand creams and body scrubs and we left eager to try everything out. I went for the Cherry Blossom scent and have been loving it so far and look forward to testing out new products and scents from this brand.Thank you again to Kathryn for such a positive experience:)

My wife likes this store for the unusual and "organic" fragrances. Prices are typically pretty steep, though.

Very discriminating towards Latina customers...as soon as I walked out she started wiping the counters and door handles....I told her that with her attitude I was not going to buy anything from there....that's why they have no customers on top of their over priced items.

The store was having a sale, so I took advantage of the opportunity to purchase two gift sets - one for myself and one for my BF, who is a huge fan of this brand. He was the one who introduced me to L'Occitane, and I have been hooked ever since.The store had all kinds of samples out for customers to try, and I wish I could have bought them all. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The customer service at L'Occitane was top-notch, and I would rate it a 5 out of 5 stars.One of the things I love about them is how they go the extra mile to make their customers feel special. They even spray the tissue paper in the bags with a signature scent, so you can walk around smelling the products all day. It's a small touch, but it really makes a difference and adds to the overall experience.Overall, I would highly recommend L'Occitane to anyone who loves high-quality beauty products. Whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for a gift, you're sure to find something you'll love at this store.

Worst service I have ever seen with Loccitanne in Citadel. Rude, impolite, unhelpful and lack of knowledges of their own product of a sales associate named Sophia. Kicking on the drawer if you open it. Questioning you who told you to get the lotion from drawer. Another sales associate stays on Sophia side to against customer. Will never visit this place. Unpleasant experience compare to other stores.
