She also helped me transfer all my old data into my new device and really went out of her way to make sure I feel comfortable and understood everything. She was patient , knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process,

“This afternoon I stopped off at the Verizon Store located at 5438 Whittier Blvd. City of Commerce to see if I can get some assistance on my Smartphone. My phone had not updated my incoming messages or emails since the day before.
I was immediately greeted by Jessica who offered to help me with my phone. Within a few minutes, she was able to power off and then power back on my phone and my messages and emails updated. Jessica also showed me how to power down my phone in case I have the same problem again.
