The phone itself could not be saved, as I fully expected (age and unavailability of parts, as HTC no longer makes phones). But Jeff worked tirelessly and diligently to retrieve and transfer all of my important information onto a new phone. I imagine it was tedious because the phone would only remain on for short increments of time before shutting down again. He was so kind and incredibly patient in answering my MANY questions, and salvaged everything I was concerned about losing, taking a lot of time in doing so, and keeping me up to date about the progress. “I have to admit, I was very nervous going to any AT&T location after reading all the reviews. I went with this location on Vermont because it seemed the safest bet. From the moment I arrived they greeted me and informed me they would be with me in a moment. I was headed towards the cases when William spoke up and asked what he could help me with? He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had been super stressed out due to my phone acting up (it wouldn't charge) and I was down to 29%. I use my phone for work and everything else. Today is Saturday and all I could think of was how the heck would I get into Remote Desktop to help with payroll if the 2 part authentication wouldn't be possible w/out my phone? I needed more space as well. I had been deleting things to make room. William wasn't sure if they had a 512GB phone but he checked and they did! I was so very thankful!! As we waited for my phone to transfer everything William was great and kept me company. I noticed the rest of the team was also very sweet and helpful with everyone around.
