“They were so helpful! I found out I had a nail in one of my tires and it was loosing air, I called that morning and they told me to bring my car by whenever worked for me they would fit me in. They patched my tire and rotated my tires for free! I also got an oil change and they got all three things done in just over an hour, they called me and let me leave my car there until I could come and pick it up in a few hours. When I picked it up it was quick and efficient, I recommended this place to some of my friends already but this was by far the best experience I've ever had getting work done on my car!”
“I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I absolutely love Mr. Stanley and the way he works. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a busy shop, but if can’t get to a repair or oil change that day, he is honest and will have you come back the next day instead of having you wait. “When I say this is the most honest place for auto repair, I tell you no lie. I’ve been coming here for years and the reason being is because I feel safe. As a woman, when it comes to auto repairs, I have no clue but ever since coming here I have never felt taken advantage of, disrespected or treated different. I am always taken into consideration along with my finances by everyone here, it doesn’t matter who is helping me. I’m always back on the road in a timely manner with a smile on my face and not a dent in my wallet.

While waiting for my car another customer came in for a smog and Ricky advised them there was a recall for something in their vehicle and that they would need to go to dealer so they could fix. A dealer paid for matter. They might have never known about it. Like I said before they are knowledgeable and a wonderful asset to Whittier.”

“I’ve been coming here for several years. It is a great shop that will never try to sell you something you don’t need. Star Mazda in Glendale told me I needed new brakes a year after I bought a “Certified” Used Car from them. Fortunately, I brought it to Joe to do the work during my next oil change. He told me the brakes were fine. I ended up using those same brakes another 5 years!
Nishikawa is very resourceful in finding aftermarket or junkyard parts to keep older vehicles running smoothly without having to resort to outrageously priced OEM stuff. The place keeps very busy, as their prices are reasonable for great work.”
“Went here for my second oil and break fluid change last Saturday. Service was top tier. Marlon not only did an oil and break fluid change he noticed that my car had a check engine light on. He run the code and he and Marcela suggest that it's probably a transmission problem and gave be a referral for a transmission service.
Overall great people, great service, great prices. You could't get that kind of service for that price in most places anymore.”

I recently took my car to University Tire and Auto Service on Sunday to get a tire replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They mounted and balanced one tire perfectly — quick, professional, and done right the first time.
Briana was my service advisor, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I called over the phone to when I arrived in person, she provided such a warm, professional, and genuinely helpful experience.

“I asked Mr. Webb for a front/ rear differential service. He was thorough in in his work, went beyond what most would in the automotive buisness, work was clean & had me completed in reasonable time. His prices are somewhat higher than most initialy but worth every penny, as his quality of work & attentiveness is priceless to having to re-do or fix something again unessessarly. Especially if your traveling or taking long trips.”
