“I read the other mediocre reviews here, but they were recommended by eTrailer.com so I decided to give them a shot.
Glad I did. Initial communication was great. They helped me figure out exactly what to order from eTrailer, even pulling the install manuals and flagging issues for me.
On the day of install, they did the work while I waited. Afterward, the mechanic put the SUV on the lift so he could show me how to take the hitches on & off, where the key lock was, and demonstrated all the light wiring worked.
All in all they were kind, prompt, and thorough. If you need a hitch & tow installed, they're great.”
“Awesome friendly staffs and great service when delivering tires! Especially Oscar from the Bakersfield location. Great dude! Always giving positive vibes and such. Hope you guys give that man a raise!”
“Stopped by for a tire path because I had a nail in my tire. Javier was quick to fix it had gave me a great deal. I would definitely go back for my car needs. Very good service and fast.”
“My Debit information got stolen online and someone made a fake card and used it at this location for gas. Joe the owner was VERY understanding and helpful in explaining how it happened and what to do beyond stopping the transaction through my bank. Thank you, Joe!”
“This is the kind of garage/shop experience you want to have. I needed some frame work done on my older Jeep and every other shop wouldn't touch it since it wasn't an insurance claim job. One shop was nice enough to recommend this place and i'm glad they did. Friendly and upfront staff and extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their work. Juan did the work on my Jeep and it was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this shop. Give them a try!Services: Steering & suspension repair”
“Very quick and respectful through the process. I never felt out of place. Harry helped us through a tough situation without trying to rip us off in a time of tragedy”

“I’ve been taking my Audi to Drive Car Studio for the past two years for everything from regular oil changes to occasional repairs. And I recommend them to all my friends.
They’re always honest and transparent. I really appreciate that they never try to sell you unnecessary services or repairs you don’t actually need. I trust them with my car and trust their professional judgment. Their customer service is excellent - Ivan has always been very helpful!
It’s such a relief to have a shop you can genuinely trust when it comes to car repairs.
Their prices are very competitive too!
10/10 — highly recommend!”
