So hear my experience :) 1) I received a very fair quote upon my first visit and then scheduled an appointment for a few maintenance updates for my 2003 Corolla. 2) Everyone I interacted with was very kind and took time to listen to my requests and helped my stay within my budget. Very clear and concise descriptions of charges and services 3) They finished the job within a few hours and my car is very thankful... FAIR AND HONEST employees that provided TOP QUALITY service. (I checked the work and I am impressed how well it was completed) 4) My car was also clean as it was when I dropped it off. No grease smudges (a rare feature)”

“I first came here to get an oil change for one of my cars. It was quick and affordable. I was also able to schedule it online, which I loved. However, what sold me on continuing my business here was something else. One of my other cars was taking a really long time to turn over. I was told the problem was the ignition switch by another mechanic but I was quoted for $1200. So I thought I might look around before getting it fixed. I asked Armando for a quote and again, he gave me a really reasonable price. I brought it in and Armando called me and told me that the battery was failing the test and that it may be the problem but he didn't know for sure. I told him to just replace the battery and call me back if he found anything else. He called me back and told me that changing the batter seemed to get the car starting just fine. He saves me a lot of time and money being so honest with me. He's really responsive and easy to talk to. He's also very honest and doesn't try to cheat you. This is now my go to place for repairs!”

“Amazing shop! La Auto is a great place, I brought my car in to do a quick oil change and they did it lightning fast with no problems. Also had them fix some glitches and bugs I had encountered in the electronics system. The guys really knew what they were doing and got that done too. I have a late model BMW and knowing how to work with it isn't always something any mechanic can do. I had a glitch with the infotainment system which needed special tools and knowledge which they had. Also their shop looks so neat and professional. I could see glimmers of shining new chrome tools tucked away in the drawers! These boys were amazing! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!”

“This is my 3rd time coming here and every mechanic has always went above and beyond on my vehicle service and treating me well. This visit I was in a bad mood since I woke up to a flat tire. David looked it over and spotted two nails I had ran over. Not only did the fix the patch quickly, but he also gave me a reduced rate. “Alex was amazing (shout out to Jerry, too)! I'm sure not all shops love taking on (or will) a motorcycle project such as mine, but Alex did and did an amazing job. We made sure we had the exact color I wanted and did racing stripes on my tank, fairing and seat I made from scratch (and also the front fender), and the bike looks show room ready. Alex and the team were relentless on the fine body work as well as if he took a real personal interest in my project as you would do for your friend. He even made the stripes smooth, not raised, which I said I didn't care about, but he went ahead and did that detail (that my bike friend was impressed by) anyway. After I paid (which stayed within original budget and was a great price), was loaded up and on my way, I sort of bumped into Jerry who wasn't really involved in my project, we had a quick laugh about something, I told him I loved the result, and he gave me a quick look and a smile and said, "yeah, he really went above and beyond on this one." Indeed Alex did. The photos will show it. Thanks Alex and Jerry!”

As a single mom with minimal knowledge of cars and stressing about car repair expense I was hesitant to bringing in my car to just any mechanic because of the bad rep they get in scamming especially women. However, I made the choice of bringing in my car here after reading all the good reviews and I’m glad I did. Hector, who I believe is the owner helped me out and was very nice/friendly and made me feel comfortable, explained everything in detail and saved me from a huge problem with my car and money. I found my new trustworthy mechanic, I really recommend this place!”
