“It was such a hot day and I’m sure they were working hard and sweating, but they were still smiling, friendly, and patient the entire time. That honestly made me want to take the time to leave them a review.
I came in for an oil change, brake light replacement, and battery change and had a great experience. Everyone was very kind, explained everything clearly, and was much more thorough than other shops I’ve been to. They were also extremely thorough. They checked everything carefully, filled up all of my tires, and even went underneath the car to inspect the tires and make sure everything was secure. I could feel them tightening something around the wheels, and I honestly had no idea what they were doing at the time. I asked ChatGPT afterward and apparently they were checking and tightening the lug nuts to make sure everything was properly secured. They were also calling out numbers to each other while checking different things, which made it very clear that they were following a detailed process rather than just rushing through the service.
I had downloaded a coupon beforehand, but they actually found and applied a better one for me. I also compared the battery price with AutoZone afterward. It wasn’t the exact same battery, but the price difference was pretty small considering installation and service were included.
There seemed to be other customers waiting behind me, but they never rushed me or anyone else. They still took their time and checked everything carefully, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I felt very well taken care of and will definitely come back next time. Highly recommend!

A general mechanic insisted my car needed a full transmission rebuild. Steven disagreed. Given my model, a rebuild made no sense. After some quick detective work, he found the real issue and saved me *half* the original estimate. He even washed my car before pickup!

“My experience with MFast Auto Repair was excellent. I took my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek in for repairs after I was rear-ended by a box truck on the freeway, and the staff was very kind and able to take my car in as soon as I had gotten my insurance payout. I suspected there might be more damage not immediately visible that required additional cost, and the folks at MFast Auto kept me updated about their inspection and dealt with the other driver’s insurance directly to get the additional repair costs covered. I appreciated their promptness and communication. My car was returned to me cleaner than I had left it, and looking and driving great. I would absolutely return here for any repair needs and recommend them to friends and family.”

After an accident, the insurance company and the repair shop was freaking out about the car with extremely insanely high prices to repair and long delays. Nothing was happening. I then got my car out of there and brought it over to this shop. They gave me a great price and it never went up. The car looks brand new when I picked it up and they did it quickly, efficiently and did a good job. I would definitely use this shop again. They even ended up repairing some small things for me here and there that wasn’t connected to the original damage. It was extra. Great service!”

“Raymond the owner is one hell of a find in this city. An unimpeachably honest mechanic! I’ve been going to him for years for virtually everything after giving up on my dealer and chains like jiffy lube who overcharge and are profit driven before they’re customer driven. Raymond has saved me hundreds of dollars im sure over the years.
His shop is small and it can get busy but just coordinate a time with him. Sometimes he looks at the issue w my car and says “ you’re car is fine it can go another 1,000 miles etc” and he turns me away! I have such trust in him.
Thank you Raymond for being such a good man!
