The female associate who “helped” us did not explain policies regarding the specific boots we bought. It would have been helpful to know that the particular boots we got were FINAL sale (not on clearance) and could not be exchanged or refunded, only their red wing boots. Knowing this upfront could have influenced our decisions. Overall, being told everything and not just pushed to make the sale would be more helpful.

Gentleman was very nice and knew what I was asking for. Purchased a pair of boots for $129 and there is 2 separate charges for the tax totaling $13.64….. Seems rather steep to me but your screwed when you don’t have time to go elsewhere

Just got some new work boots from this spot, came here and Marlon was a huge help! Very knowledgeable and honest. Very patient too. I tried on a few sizes and boots. Shout out Jorge for making sure I had everything I needed before I checked out. Definitely coming back here to get some repairs on my old boots but no doubt this is my favorite spot now! 10/10

Just want to shout out REBECCA, she set aside some boots and i needed to drive and hour and half to get to her store.
Not only did she help me once i arrived but she made sure i took advantage of the promotions they had going on.

my mom is an incredibly hard worker and buys her shoes here. Her job gives her a voucher/coupon to be able to purchase her shoes here. The voucher is pretty outdated in the way that there is an x marked on certain type of shoes she can/cannot get. My mom buys men’s shoes because she finds them better and more comfortable to work in and said shoes have been APPROVED by her job. The past two times she’s tried to purchase her shoes a female associate, which I plan to get the name of, gives my mom a hard time and denies her and doesn’t let her buy the shoes because something on the voucher said so, (she has purchased the same shoes at this location with the same voucher). My mom spoke to her manager and changed the info on the voucher so she’s able to buy them. And again, this woman tried to find anything possible on the voucher which has been changed to accommodate my mom buying them then denies my mom once again. How hard is it to just sell her the damn shoes? Purposely giving her a hard time.

I recommend going to this store, the staff is really nice. I was really happy with Rebeca's costumer service. She is very knowledgeable, nice and also very patient. She helped me pick out the best set up for my boots

Great boots, love them. The store on Eastern in Commerce has a very awkward group of sales people. It seemed like they had 3 or 4 people working behind the counter. Usually we are greeted and asked if they can help us. That’s wasn’t the case here. We had to approach the counter to ask a question. Very uncomfortable vibe. I would rather shop at a different red wing store where the sales people greet you and want to help you. Not here.
