“So, wasn't expecting them to be honest, and keep their word on the quote , given on phone BUT was surprised , and he did !!! He said , " i quoted u that , so that is the price " ( 400.00 ) did look under hood , but said didn't need to start it , but pretty sure he had asked if it starts up ( beforehand he asked ) anyway, easy , fast transaction. I was screwed over by another company , few years ago. They had quoted about 250.00 or so. He only gave me 100.00 !!! Said some BS , about catalytic conv. or parts missing. Absolutely no parts were missing !!!! I was going to cancel , but i wanted car gone , becuz front neighbors were having a POD put there, to start packing large furniture items.”

A State Farm Insurance preferred vendor, they made it look brand new as the car was severely damaged and many panels, a door and bumper needed replacing along with repainting and blending.
Mark and Greg were very accessible, nice, polite and very thorough in explaining and communicating what needed to be done and the time-line. If they needed to call back, it was always very, very promptly. The office staff was also friendly and polite.
I'm very critical with my car looking nice and it really, really looked new and sexy.
I worked mainly with Mark but thank you both Mark and Greg. Yes, I would come back, but hopefully I won't need to.

They have an incredibly professional staff that takes care of everything and just makes the process so convenient. Last time I was there I just gave them my claim number from the insurance company, Mike arranged a tow truck and handled the entire claims process for me.
