“I used to take my Porsche here for service, on one such visit they told me there was a fuel line part recall and i should take it to Beverly Hills Porsche for free replacement, so i took it in to BH Porsche and got a call from them later in the day saying the repair was done but they found another problem, they said "your clutch is toast, its down to the rivets, and needs to be replaced" i called Automated Euro and told them what BH Porsche said, the guys at automated told me to bring the car back to them. the guys at BH Porsche were really pressuring me to have them replace the clutch saying it was unsafe to drive. i took the car back to Automed Euro, the mechanic got in, put it in 2nd gear, revved the engine and dropped the clutch, wheels screeched and the car took off, he said your clutch is fine, and added "for them to say its down to the rivets they would have had to remove your engine and no mechanic would do all that work on spec.Bottom line is i really like and trust these guys at Automed Euro and will never do biz with Beverly Hills Porsche.”

“I have 2007 BMW 5 series which has been sitting in my drive way for 3 years.. being used as a storage. and 2007 Prius, Generation 2 which has problems.. after taking my Prius for an emergency repair which turned out to be the best investment into the car. I asked to take a look at the BMW, we towed it.. they dissected the vehicle and repaired it.. like it has been running everyday. Just take the car in. they will repair the car as long as the problem is something within their range of work. Price was .. too good to be true. Love to recommend to everyone.”

“Skip and Donnie are my HEROES!!! Two days ago I called Skip in a total panic --- my husband I are leaving next week for a year's travels and are renting out our condo to finance our bucket-list retirement dream. But there was one major obstacle that could prevent us from going -- the 25-year-old car that hasn't worked since 2009 that was in the garage parking space we needed to free up for our tenant. For years my husband had intended to clear up the error the DMV had made --- they had put the wrong car on non-operational status back in 2009 --- but he never got around to it. BIG MISTAKE!!! When he tried to donate the car to several charities last week, they couldn't take it. When he called our assemblyperson's office last week to help resolve the DMV issue, they said it could take weeks. Anxiety doesn't begin to explain how we were feeling as we faced the prospect of our dream trip disappearing before our eyes because of the clunker in our garage! Skip agreed to take the car, and today his tow-truck driver Donnie to extract it from the garage. When he arrived he had doubts that his truck would be able to clear the low ceiling while towing the car out, but he said he'd give it a try. He also promised that if that wasn't possible, he would somehow find a way to get the car out for us. All the while that he worked, he was calm, cheerful and reassuring. When he managed to tow it out after about forty-five minutes, I asked if I could give him a hug. Sometime the cavalry doesn't arrive on a horse, it rides in on a tow truck! Skip and Donnie didn't merely salvage a car, they probably saved a marriage! I had been after my husband for YEARS to get rid of the car and his procrastination almost cost us our dream trip. After a week of tension, yelling and poor sleeping, we can FINALLy put the 15-year saga of the car behind us and move on! Let the travels begin! THANK YOU, SKIP and DONNIE!!!”

“I have a 2012 VW beetle. I've had my car for a long time and have always been diligent about maintenance. Two months ago, a dealership recommended that I repair a number of "issues" with my vehicle which totaled around $2600. “Harry Mezian, the owner, is a fair businessman. He made my Bmw sound beautiful again. Having car problems is the absolute worst thing ever! I don’t know anybody in Los Angeles, and am happy to have met a respectable man who owns a great business! The prices are fair and honest. the care he takes is extraordinary. There was a discrepancy of like $200 in the bill. When I brought it up to him, he paid it back and there were no issues. I hope that I don’t have to take my car in anytime soon. “Being in a car accident is VERY stressful, especially when it's just me as a single woman with no help, who doesn't know sh** about a car and what needs to be done to fix it. All I knew was I had to move my car off the street parking until I could get it fixed, and I had to move into my studio (which is why I do not have the funds to fix my car right now due to an uninsured motorist hitting me). So I got a storage parking spot so I could leave my car safely parked until I can get it fixed (the front end bumper etc. )I searched on Yelp for a trustworthy tow company that had good reviews so I could make sure I would not have been taken advantage of with pricing.I came across Compas Gruas, I read the reviews, and I actually reached out to a few places I saw. I called Campas Gruas and from the moment the lady answered the phone, she was very helpful, patient with me, and gave me a very good deal and made sure that my car would be able to be towed, she advised we needed the flatbed tow truck. I knew from speaking to her that was definitely going to be the company I dealt with.I got the money a few days later (today) and called them back, and they even remembered me!! I texted him the address where it needed to be towed and a picture of my car so he could be aware of what was going to be towed. He gave me such a good price, and he took care of my car with care. He even advised me that we could swing by an auto shop to get a quick quote, which we did and now I even know exactly what needs to be replaced/fixed. He even reminded me that even though at times, times are hard, no matter what God has got my back, he even made me cry, it meant so much everything he did for me and to even care. I can go on for days typing the good things, but I will leave it as this... If I ever need a tow they will be the only tow company I call, and I highly recommend that anyone that needs a tow truck to call Compas Gruas, not only because they can tow your car, but because they actually care.
