It was my first time renting a U-Haul, the lady at the counter was very helpful and the process was fast and easy. The man that connected my trailer was so nice and polite. Sorry im really bad with names. Defenitely will rent again from this location.

The owner of Pacific Equipment along with his staff are absolutely TOP NOTCH!
