“I have had two dealings with The Watch Buyer's Group and both have been great. Several years ago I had my Datejust serviced, as it had stopped keeping time. They repaired and returned my watch with a fast turnaround time, which would have taken several more months if I had sent it to the Rolex Service Center, as well as cost hundreds of dollars more. The watch kept great time after the service, but after a few years I was ready to get a new watch. I had been searching for a 41mm Datejust with a fluted dial and TWBG had a beautiful DJ with a black face. I wanted a jubilee braclet, but was willing to settle for an oyster bracelet because the price was right. They offered me the highest amount for my trade in by over $1000 than the next best offer I had received. I shipped my watch to them and the day it was delivered to them, my new watch was mailed via FedEx overnight from Los Angeles and I was wearing it the following day before noon! The deal was as smooth as I could have asked for and I love my new watch. I will not hesitate to buy my next timepiece from TWBG. 5 STARS”
