And he had a sample brought up to the computer screen right away. Quick, easy, and very very nice employees who are knowledgeable. Their same day turn around time is by far the fastest I've seen around the area. *they do not supply the clothing / product here, must bring in your own. They only do the actual heat pressing & graphic placement.
