“Best customer service ever! Coy was extremely professional and patient with me. I was told that he does a great job with obituaries, and that's the service I needed. He answered all my questions and responded to my emails,text, and calls in a timely manner. During the final review, I told Coy everything looked great and he could print them. Long story short, I didn't realize I made a mistake on the obituaries until 10 pm the night before the service. I called him explaining my problem, and without hesitation, he told me to send him the corrections. He drove back to the shop and printed them again at 130am so I could have them in time for the service.This is by far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you so much, Coy!”
