Ever since they started cracking down on the taco vendors I .stopped going there that is ridiculous. Those Taco vendors bring a lot of business to his parking lot and people shop at that store because of that this is disgusting I will never shop there again

I am an older woman who feeds the homeless community out of my own pocket. I spend my time preparing meals from my own kitchen, therefore it is imperative that I provide the necessary food groups for the people less fortunate than myself. I love Ralph’s innovative idea of putting the different food groups on a special table at a discounted price. The price is discounted on the expiration date, therefore, this has allotted me to provide more produce at a reasonable cost for people in need. However, I do feel that some Ralph’s stores give the customers the almost rotten quality produce too reduce shrinkage. This is unacceptable for us customers who are shopping for deals. I want a savings not products or produces you are about to trash. I shop at these three stores; the Ralph’s locations in Studio City onwards to the Ralph’s on Venture and Coldwater Canyon my final destination is the Ralph’s on Venture and Hazeltine. I love all these stores because their fruit isn’t cruddy looking, and the bread is not molded or hard. I especially love the produce manager, Lenny at the store located on Coldwater Canyon and the cashier, Jackie. They are definitely delightful people to approach! They are very accommodating, to all the customers! I love it, when they use their customer service skills to walk you to a aisle where a precise item is located. Both parties are polite and very knowledgeable. This is my favorite store to visit. I love shopping Ralph sales for my family, but I love Ralph’s for the discount items to help the people in need. Way to go Ralph’s.

I recently moved and Ralphs is the only grocery store close by. I’ve never shopped there before so I down loaded the app. That was a job in itself but then when I opened it and tried to navigate through it to get their ‘digi deals’ all I got was frustrated. Talk about making you jump through hoops! It wouldn’t even open up in the store. What a joke. I deleted the app and just walked out. I miss Stater Bros, they don’t play games there. Good bye Ralphs!

Was approached last night by a security guard while shopping and informed that “corporate had called and said that I like to come in and steal a lot”. I was appalled!! Especially because of the fact that this is only my second time in this store!!
Way out of line… and completely insulting to the extreme without any merit or truth to it!!!
Very unprofessional.

Amazon Gift Card fraud at Marina Del Rey location. The cashier DID NOT give the bottom part of the receipt (it's on tape). Gift card was bad. Asst Store Mgr John offered little to no assistance aside from trying to walk off with my DL, Card used to purchase Gift card, Gift card and receipt. Totally useless. Amazon customer service is researching who activated the card but they verified that it wasn't me. Shame on Ralphs for poor cashier training and management support. I want my $150 back.

Lousy customer service.
Went in for Western Union Cash pick up, was told w/u doesn't open till 8am.
Showed up at8:01am, Wendy the manager is in a meeting. (It would have taken Wendy 3 minutes or less to tell me the money was not transferred).
8:35 Wendy is done, tell's me money isn't there. Then over my cell phone, gives the sender the wrong number at Western Union, wasting his time and mine.
Sender resends money, I have proper mtc# ,go back in, Wendy is nowhere to be found, I'm told a different manager is waiting for proper authorization and I would have to wait, again, I said eff this and drove up the street and had my cash in less than 5 minutes, with no attitude, nor did security eyeball me ever. Neither I or any friends will step foot in a Ralph's ever again.
By the way, truck stop bathroom's
are cleaner than that Ralph's. I'm giving one star because there isn't a negative star I can post.

We have been shopping at the Ralphs in Long Beach for many years. ( 2250 E. Carson street Long Beach). The last several times we have gone grocery shopping there the lines and wait times are staggering. We went last week on Sunday afternoon and had to wait over 30 minutes just to get to the check out, there were no baggers and check out took another 15 minutes. I have tried different times of the day, but the wait time and lines are no different. There seems to be a huge break down in management over the last few months. While the checkers are very apologetic, the managers are completely indifferent and at times rude. I have seen them yell at their employees on several occasions in front of customers. Barking orders. By the time I get home all my frozen items have defrosted. The line to check out took up the entire alcohol isle. The self check out was equally as long all the way down the frozen foods isle. This has been a consistent pattern for the last several months, but just getting worse...

DO NOT ORDER CUPCAKES FROM HERE!!! What a disappointment! Unprofessional people they have working there. I ordered cupcakes the number 60 and the letter J went in the day and time I was supposed to pick them up and they had no cupcakes made. They didn’t even have my order form available. Good think I kept mine. What a joke. This would have NEVER happened if the saviors store was still open. All management
At the store are good for nothing. Basically was told no cupcakes are made it is what it is. I also ordered two trays of fruit that was made beautifully by the way but didn’t these people try to charge the fruit with the money I paid for the cupcakes without even asking me giving me my change back of 4 dollars and some change. Absolutely not I told them no give me my money back. What a disappointment. Vons from now on. Don’t order cake from

The East Bluff Ralphs Is cheating its customers. What is posted does not end up being the price at checkout multiple multiple times. Either because it’s on sale or you buy more, it doesn’t matter I’ve seen many of your customers getting cheated myself included. I used to shop at the store a lot because I live in the neighborhood. I rarely go there anymore even though It’s so close to my home. Whoever had the board meeting and the idea to short change people between the computer and what is posted should be ashamed of themselves. By the way, your union employees are also a joke.

Don’t trip potato chip! The doors on the 400 side have 32 feet from the retaining wall to the nose of the your truck to walk your trailer back. Not for the faint of heart. Don’t be in a hurry and you won’t have to donate any paint from your truck to the wall or rip off your trailer doors. Disconnect to let other drivers in and out and they’ll do the same for you. Pretty much, just be a good neighbor. I had another delivery during rush hour and they got me unloaded just in time to make it. Genuinely nice folks. 2.5 hours in and out.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! THE PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! HOW DO YOU GET BUSINESS IF YOU DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Hopefully they end up like Walgreens and go bankrupt!!!! They act high and mighty now but when they are crying and begging for new jobs they will wish they answered their phones!!!! NO company is above going bankrupt in this recession soon to be depression!!!!

Had worst experience ever at Ralph’s Laguna Hills. Not only did the box person have no training but the male checker was extremely rude & condescending to every customer in line. If they can’t hire enough employees then maybe the should cut their corporate earnings and pay employees better and train them to do the job. It wasn’t the box persons she was t trained that falls only to the poor management of the store manager or company whom ever holds the leadership responsibility. Prices climb while service declines. It’s no wonder Trader Joe’s has grown so much I’m popularity!
