Arrived at 1610 on a Friday for a pick up that was scheduled for 0900-1100 in the morning.. Security was friendly and sent me to a door right away. Guys got us loaded within 30 mins.. Awesome experience.

Arrived at 11:30am for 1:30pm appointment. We were immediately assigned a door. We were loaded & had paperwork by 12:45pm. Friendly employees!
Edited: California Highway Patrol informed us that the position of the load was too heavy in the nose of the trailer.

Appreciate the gift of personal protection equipment (PPE) provided for free to local businesses by LA County authorities and sponsoring entities. Was a very streamlined experience and simple to accomplish thanks to the volunteers working at the pick-up site.
