“I ran over a pothole and popped two tires, parked outside of this business while we waited for a tow in the middle of the night. A man whom I presume to be the owner saw us as he was leaving and came to check on us, but we told him we were just waiting for a tow and he went on his way. A few minutes later, one of his employees, Lorenzo, came out and told us his boss had told him we were stuck outside and to offer to let us wait inside, use the restroom, or grab some water. This was incredibly kind - not sure if I'll ever need their services, but would recommend them purely on being good people!”

“I have had my business located at the Reyes St location for the last 5 years. In fact I was one of the first companies to take space there.
I am glad I did. I need to change the space size and location twice during that period and Cubework was very prompt and flexible in making that easily possible for me.
WiFi always works well. Somebody is always around the fix and thing that goes wrong, like a stuck roll up door etc.
Over all I can recommend Cubework as a good option for a small business to locate to.”
“Arrived at 1610 on a Friday for a pick up that was scheduled for 0900-1100 in the morning.. Security was friendly and sent me to a door right away. Guys got us loaded within 30 mins.. Awesome experience.”
“At check in point the lady is helping, “above and beyond” but second customer service (they have a two driver check in point, they call it customer service) working slow and so slow. Which is don’t care about drivers time. Got paperwork that says 56k pounds and asked that’s true or not. She left me to figure out and back after 30 minutes. Place is clean and employees are friendly. Only thing is they don’t care about drivers time. Only by appointment. Make sure you have a food and ELD time”
“Got here at 7pm checked in with the security guard then instructed to go by door 42 enter the warehouse spoke to a guy and gave me a door right away! It is pretty tight only if container is in the way. Not a bad experience for me. Took 4 half hours to load though.”
