The staff provides excellent customer service, being caring, respectful, and helpful. They explain everything clearly and make the storage experience easy. The facility is extremely clean, secure, and smells good, making customers feel safe. The staff, including the manager, are compassionate, professional, and have great personalities. They take good care of customers and help with the process, making it a smooth experience. Overall, US Storage Centers provides a great service and a pleasant experience for its customers.

Came in to view the unit that I reserved to make sure that everything I have can fit. Astrid helped me out and showed me multiple units so that I can get a full picture of my options. Very helpful. She helped me with the whole process and a gave me a good rate.
