This is literally the only post office where I actually get serviced right. I don’t know the lady’s name but the receipt says “clerk 15.” Just want to let her know thank you for being a nice person. I know customer service is not easy (trust me, I know) but somehow you are still kind. Not like in other places….. Anyway, the only reason I don’t give it full stars is because they only have the poor woman working alone. They need to hire more staff at the windows.

Have your staff make sure they deliver the packages to the right address, Saw one of the delivery people confidently take a photo of a package they delivered at our house, only to check the address and see that it was someone else's package from a block away. Being the good Samaritan, I walked to deliver the package to the right address. The wrong person could be keeping someone else's packages due to the error of the delivery person. Train your staff better.

The worst customer service ever received.
They need to hire more personnel too . Took me 1 hr and 15 mins just to get someone to help me . There was only 5 people ahead of me and the worker there seemed bothered with everyone. Attitude and faces oh man very unwelcoming.
If you can go to another post office go somewhere else

The woman in the front is always very nice. She handles lines out the door and is very helpful. I have been to this post office twice and have very impressed with their customer support.

This USPS office just made me homeless, Back on may 30th I applied for a California State Real ID. The following weeks I notice we got a new mail guy and I asked him about my mail I told him I was waiting for a DMV letter ✉️ I've been waiting a few weeks now just to find put mail guy tell usps I no longer have the address and when dmv sent out my ID USPS sent it back to them. You know what's worse I had to applied for a this ID because Back on May I lost my phone and wallet with debit cards and ID. I don't have another for Identification. Which T mobile and my bank require and Id to draw money or get a replacement phone. At this moment I have no id no money even when I have a full time job I haven't eat for days THANK YOU USPS OFFICE. Since I didn't have access to my bank account I had to leave my place before the landlord would put an evection notice.

Agents provide wrong information without even attempting to get the correct information. I was given incorrect info about how to submit an address change for my deceased mother.
Male agent wasn’t sure of the process and when he asked the female coworker she shrugged. That’s how much they care about providing correct information.

Service here is terrible. Line always at the door with 1 employee for mail and 1 employee for passports. Try to cash a Post office money order at the post office which it's from and Still not enough cash $200.00 is sad. Go apply and no open positions ..Management needs reform or a new manager this is unacceptable. Not employees and not enough cash.

I went to do my passport last week, it was quick and easy process. The employee that help me was very polite and patient( my apologies for not remembering her name).

If you want lying, rude, incompetent employees.. this is the place to be.. Worse PO office, ever! Don't try to complain to anyone higher up, because they are just as rude, lies & ignorant. That entire place must've found the employee's resumes in the gumball machine. Negative all the stars in the world - - - - -
